Pro-Line RC8B3E Predator bodyshell

Pro-Line have introduced the Predator bodyshell for the Team Associated RC8B3E. The same body as it is included with the RC8B3E kit, the Predator takes design features from the Phantom and Type-R bodies to create a whole new look and balanced performance in any condition. The Predator E-Buggy body has clearance for 1/8-sized batteries and several optional air vent holes to keep the buggy’s electronics cool. Included with the clear bodyshell come window masks and a decal sheet.

Team Associated 2015 Worlds T-shirt & Hoodie

Now up for grabs are Team Associated’s 2015 Worlds T-shirt and hoodie as worn by the Associated drivers at the 2015 IFMAR 1/10 Offroad World Championships. The short-sleeve 100 percent cotton T is available in two colours, blue and black. Also available is the 2015 Worlds Hoodie in black with the same colourful design. The merchandise is available in all popular adult size from S to 5XL and 3XL respectively.

JConcepts B5M S2 body for lay-down transmissions

JConcepts’ recently introduced S2 body for the Team Associated B5M is now also available in a special edition for lay-down transmissions. Featuring the original Silencer 2 styling with an aggressive, progressive cab design and channelled roof section the body also sports built-in gear cover ducts on both sides, distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body for those high-powered runs or hot days at the track. The features accommodate 3 or 4-gear lay-down style transmissions, giving all out versatility. Included with the S2 lay-down body come two 6.5″ Finnisher rear wings, window masks and a decal sheet.

STRC B5M 3-gear aluminium motor plate

New from STRC comes the 3-gear aluminium motor plate for Team Associated fifth generation vehicles that use this specific gearbox setup. The CNC-machined motor plate features milled heat-sink fins to help dissipate heat from the motor and also elongated motor screw hole slots to allow for larger pinion gear to be installed without having to change out a spur gear, making it great for 17.5T stock racing. The motor plate is available in anodised blue, stealth black, gun metal and natural silver.

Team Associated 1/8th scale diff shim kit

Team Associated have released a 40-piece diff shim kit for their range of 1/8th scale vehicles. It contains an assortment of S3 shims as well as washers for the sun and planet gears and it is usable on the RC8, RC8T and SC8 series vehicles to adjust gear backlash inside the diff as well as inside the gearbox.

Team Associated ProSC 4x4 V2 CVA upgrade kit

Team Associated have introduced the V2 CVA upgrade kit for the ProSC 4×4 short course truck. The kit gives all the parts needed to switch to the new CVAs for greater strength. The parts, that are also available separately, are not interchangeable with the stock items and they also fit the ProLite and ProRally.

Avid RC8B3 carbon shock towers & alloy standoffs

Coming from Avid and made for the Team Associated RC8B3 buggy are front and rear carbon fibre shock towers and suitable aluminium shock standoffs. The 5mm front and 4mm rear tower have the shock standoff pockets removed to prevent the carbon from splitting while retaining the stock suspension geometry to make them a direct swap for the stock parts. The included standoffs are of a -1mm design to keep the standard shock angle, they are made from high-quality alloy material and using both the towers and standoffs scrubs around 40 percent of weight for a lower centre of gravity and improved handling. The parts are available as combo set with two towers and four standoffs and they are also sold separately for spares or repair.

Team Associated Factory Team hex & nut drivers

Coming from Team Associated are the new Factory Team hex and Nut drivers that fuse style with functionality. Assembling or wrenching will be a breeze with the lightweight, colour-coded handles. A wide variety of tips including 1.5mm to 5.0mm hex as well as 5.5mm and 7.0mm nut drivers allow to handle all of the standard metric screw hardware in a kit. The drivers are available separately or as 3-piece and 5-piece sets.
