Team Associated have released 2 more new replica body shells for the SC10, and which will also fit the Traxxas Slash. The SC10 Officially Licensed Short Course bodies are designed to look just like the full-sized race trucks that run in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series throughout the southwest. The new bodies are the Bully Dog and Readylift versions.

More new items from German optional parts maker PSM Racing, this time with shock towers for the Team Associated RC8B buggy. Made from 4mm high grade German carbon fibre, making them lightweight and super strong, the front and rear towers will replace the original versions without any modifications necessary and of course they are also suitable for the complete RC8 buggy range.

New from Exotek Racing is this LiPo chassis for the Team Associated TC5, called the TC5X. The chassis is designed and tested to equalize lateral flex, so no more inconsistent flex problems caused by 6 large battery cut out like in the stock chassis. The net result is much more predictable handling. With the unique CNC manufactured stainless steel weights your LiPo battery can be positioned to have equal left and right balance within grams without the need to add lead weight and without raising the battery up higher. The chassis has also been narrowed to 100mm wide for less chassis scrub through the corners for better corner speed, while the servo mounting has been moved forward a few mm for extra room for other electronics.

ST Racing Concepts have released a new range of option parts for the popular Associated SC10 as well as T4 and B4 chassis’. Made from precision CNC machined high-quality aluminium material they are available in blue, silver and red anodizing. The new parts include battery straps, front and rear shock towers, front bulkheads and front caster blocks & steering knuckles. Also new for the SC10 is the 1 deg. rear toe-In hub carriers for increased stability and traction. A set-screw over the hinge-pin design secures the hinge-pin in the hub carriers and this design prevents wear from the hinge-pins on the hub carriers and also accurately holds the 1 deg. toe-in angle.

JConcepts dares to be different with the latest introduction for the SC10, the Dare body. The Dare is specifically designed for one of the hottest trucks in R/C, the Team Associated SC10 and starting with the visor and grill mock lights this truck looks great. The cab, bed and fenders are all areas of focus and in addition, one of the highlights of the styling cues includes extra fender clearance to eliminate troublesome tire rubbing issues. Made from clear heavy-duty polycarbonate with a protective film, it is supplied with window masks and a detailed decal sheet.
New from Factory Team is the complete front end assembly of the World Championship winning Team Associated RC12R5. Perfect as either a replacement front end, using for spares or for attaching to another chassis, this set includes all the parts needed including fasteners, plastics and suspension parts. Also new from Associated is a two-DVD set in which Richard “the King” Saxton goes through the build of a nitro vehicle from the ground up. Divided into chapters individually accessible from the main menu, the first DVD thoroughly covers all the different assembly points as well as tires, bodies and engine break-in. A bonus DVD covers a typical race day, with Richard giving running commentary on what he does for race prep.
Team Associated’s new XP Series high-voltage servos aim to be better suited to the 7.4V LiPo packs used by racers in their cars these days. Most of the current generation of servos are designed only for 6.0V input, and this can cause reliability issues. These new servos feature updated motors and electronic circuitry that are designed to withstand the rigors of high-voltage operation in nitro vehicles. A metal gear version (MG) is perfect for use as the steering servo while the standard version is suitable for controlling the throttle. Even though they are designed to run with 7.4V, they can also be used with standard 6.0V NiMh receiver batteries and are also perfect for use as the steering servo in electric vehicles with the SC10 RTR actually coming equipped with the SHV1504MG.

Racers Edge have developed these new aluminium rear hubs to fit the Associated B4, B44, T4, and SC10. Based on the stock B44 4wd buggy hubs, they have a larger outside bearing for increased performance and bearing longevity, while a set screw holds the hingepin in place with access from the bottom. With four possible vertical ballstud locations for increased setup adjustments, these blocks are designed to add 1/2 degree rear toe in. Available in hard silver color, they have been CNC machined for accuracy, and laser engraved with degrees and L or R for left or right sides.
