Associated MGT LE Flag body RTRs

Associated have released a pair of MGT Limited Edition Flag body RTRs. Available on both the MGT 4.6 and the MGT 8.0, these limited edition red, white and blue trucks not only look good, they deliver the ground pounding power and torque that you have come to expect from a Team Associated MGT. Based on the original MGT design, with the addition of an AE 8.0cc engine, the MGT 8.0 is the company’s most powerful truck to date. Reinforced to handle the massive power the engine delivers, this car comes factory assembled with the all new XP3D FM Computerized Digital Radio, the Pro-Start engine starting system, a 2-speed automatic transmission with reverse, eight coil-over oil filled shocks, full precision ball bearings, specially designed Team Associated all terrain tires and with a flag body design. The MGT 4.60 SE sports the AE 4.60 engine which has increased displacement of 33%, making this car deliver more horsepower and stump-pulling torque. The rugged extruded aluminium chassis, oil filled shocks, and huge mounted all-terrain tires give the MGT 4.60 SE over 4 inches of ground clearance, letting you take that power over almost any obstacle.

Factory Team RC8 Aluminium options

Team Associated have released all-new shock towers and suspension mounts that have been developed by their engineering staff and were race tested by factory team drivers. With a wide variety of tuning options for varying track conditions, both front and rear towers feature additional shock mounting positions while the rear tower also includes additional camber link positions. CNC machined from 7075 aluminium, these new shock towers are standard equipment on the RC8B and can be fitted to existing RC8, RC8RS, and RC8e chassis. All installation hardware and a set of hinge pin bushings (front) are included. Also the new suspension mounts come standard on the RC8B, but are the perfect upgrade for all RC8, RC8T, and SC8 vehicles. Because they are CNC machined from 7075 aluminium, they offer a precision fit and are extremely durable. All plates come with the necessary installation hardware, while the B and D-plate come with additional titanium nitride-coated hinge pins and a set of hinge pin bushings.

Associated XP SC200 Electronic Speed Control

Associated SC10 RTR Bully Dog & Ready Lift versions

Following on from the previous announcement of the release of new replica shells for the ready to run SC10, Team Associated have released 2 more new replicas. Differing from the previous versions in body alone, you can now get the RTR SC10 in both the Bully Dog and Ready Lift replica versions, which join the already available Lucas Oil, KMC Wheels, Pro Comp and RC10.com replicas.

Associated RC10R5-Oval Factory Team Kit

Team Associated have just announced the new RC10R5-Oval Factory Team Kit, due for release in June. The 10R5-Oval is built on a 2.5mm woven carbon fibre chassis that utilizes a T-plate and 3-shock setup to suspend the newly designed rear pod. Optimized for brushless, the new rear pod features a 3-point upper pod plate with an aluminium stand-off that increases stiffness and dissipates heat by transferring the heat from the motor mount to the left rear bulkhead, keeping the motor cooler throughout the run.

Associated SC10 RTR KMC & RC10.com versions

Following on from the announcement of the ready to run versions of the SC10, Team Associated have released 2 new versions of the popular 1/10th scale short course truck. Differing from the previous version in body alone, you can now get the RTR SC10 in both the KMC Wheels replica as well as the Team Associated scheme, which joins the already available Lucas Oil and Pro Comp replicas.

Associated RC18T Foam Tires & 48P Pinions

Team Associated have released these new RC18T foam tires that have a 4mm larger wheel diameter than their predecessors. The larger wheel gives the best of both worlds for foam tire racing, a reduced sidewall height while keeping the correct tire outer diameter. The reduced sidewall results in improved steering consistency through the corners while maintaining forward traction. Racers no longer need to ‘true’ the foam tire down to an incorrect outer diameter just to achieve less foam on the sidewall. Associated have also released a range of nine new 48-pitch pinion gears from 27T–35T to enlarge your gearing options. More teeth equals more top end speed.

JConcepts Truth SC10 body shell

The new JConcepts Truth is specifically designed for the hottest racing short course truck in R/C, the Associated SC10. Performing well while looking good is a priority at JConcepts and the Truth represents the latest in trends by offering a completely redesigned off-road truck body. The cab, bed and fenders are all areas of focus on this body and without disappointment the new SC10 body slides into the front of the pack. In addition, one of the highlights of the styling cues includes extra fender clearance to minimize troublesome tire rubbing issues. Made of clear durable lightweight polycarbonate with a protective film, its supplied with window masks and a detailed decal sheet.
