FTW Night Fox and Tactic bodies for 8ight 2.0

FTW Racing Components today released two new body options for TLR’s 8ight 2.0, the Night Fox and Tactic. Night Fox brings massive downforce cloaked in stealth, while Tactic frees up airflow on high-grip surfaces with bold super car inspired contours. Form and function have again been melded together in the dramatic and innovative ways expected from FTW’s renegade design lab. Night Fox and Tactic are crafted to fit 8ight 2.0 perfectly in both gen 2 and gen 3 radio tray configurations. Night Fox and Tactic are formed from clear .040” polycarbonate with protective film and fit Losi’s 8ight 2.0 1:8 scale buggy. They come unpainted and include a decal sheet and window masks.

Pro-Line 2012 BullDog body for TLR 8ight

This is the 2012 BullDog body for the TLR 8ight 2.0 buggy. Pro-Line’s newest Factory Team driver Adam Drake is the man when it comes to racing and developing TLR 1/8th scale racing vehicles. It is more important than ever for Pro-Line to deliver the highest performing products for the TLR line of vehicles. They have achieved that with the highest performing body yet. The design incorporates the new BullDog styling for 2012 that creates even more stability with enhanced steering to gain an advantage on the track. The windshield is steeper to create more down force over the front wheels and the roof ridges have been raised to channel the air flow over the middle of the body for increased high-speed stability. The rear of the roof has been lowered and fins have been added to achieve stable air flow over the body. The fins also add rigidity to the body to increase aerodynamic efficiency.

JR Mitch had this to say:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank AE/Reedy for more than ten years of support and guidance in racing. There are a few people who stand out to me for making a significant impact during my time with this company. I would like to give special recognition to: Cliff Lett, Brent Thielke, Richard Saxton, and Rick Hohwart. At this point in time, I am not leaving AE/Reedy with any hard feelings. I just feel that it is time for a change and look forward to the opportunities that await for me racing with TLR. Once again, thank you for the many years I have spent racing with you.
