JConcepts XB2 Aero front wings

JConcepts XB2 Aero front wings

Coming from JConcepts and made for the Xray XB2 buggies are the Aero front wings. Already available for a range of 2WD buggy the tailor-made wings help to fine-tune the buggy’s aerodynamic behaviour. The Aero front wing mounts in “clean air” and is quite easy to trim, use and test without sacrificing all important track time. Available in two widths, the driver can choose either the “narrow” for a lighter feel or “wide” for heavier down force. Each set includes two narrow or two wide wings.

Team EA Motorsports Energy Absorbent TC bumpers

Team EA Motorsports Energy Absorbent TC bumpers

Team EA Motorsports have introduced their Energy Absorbent touring car front bumpers. Offering a 6mm extended design the foam bumpers do away with the need to add material in order to better support the bodyshells and keeping them from dragging on the racing surface. In case a less forward position is desired, the specially designed foam is very easy to sand down to whatever distance is needed. The highly supportive are also very light, preserving excellent steering response compared to heavier parts. The bumper is currently available in three different configurations, solid, pre-cut with inserts, and cut-out, with the solid bumper giving the least amount of steering and the cut-out one being the most corner-hungry, and it was designed to fit the Xray T4 but it also is usable on Awesomatix, Team Associated TC7 and Gizmo cars with some minor trimming.

Exotek have introduced the Flite aluminium motor plate for the Xray XB2 Dirt Edition buggy. Machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and coming black anodised and with silver chamfered edges the motor plate’s vented design allows to reduce motor and slipper temperatures while also looking the part. The extra machining also reduces weight and lowers the centre of gravity without weakening the critical motor mounting areas, making for solid motor mounting and gear mesh.
