New titanium & aluminium screw kits from Hiro Seiko

Hiro Seiko introduce new lightweight screw kits for some of the latest car kits around. Coming as all-titanium or mixed titanium and aluminium sets, the screw kits significantly reduce the weight of the car – between 17g and 33g, depending on the vehicle they are used on – while adding a cool look at the same time. The latest additions are titanium kits for the Yokomo B-Max2 in MM and MR configuration, the Team Associated B5M, the Xray RX8’14 and NT1’14 as well as the Tamiya TB Evo.6. For the Evo.6 Hiro Seiko also have a mixed set with titanium and blue anodised aluminium fasteners available. All sets make use of high quality hex head hardware.

Made for the XB4 line of buggies are two new rear wing sets from Xray. Coming as 1.5mm or heavy-duty 2.0mm variant, the wings offer increased durability and lifespan compared to the kit wings. The greater stiffness also improves stability at high speeds making the wings, that come as pairs, ideal for modified class racing.

Xray T4 fully adjustable battery holder

Made for the T4 line of electric touring cars is this fully adjustable LiPo battery mount from Xray. The design allows to shift the battery forth and back and also to the left and right by 4mm in order to adjust the weight bias of the chassis. Included in the set are two L-shaped carbon fibre holders for the side balance adjustments as well as alloy mounts and adjustable posts to adjust the front-to-rear weight bias. The set is rounded out by the needed mounting hardware.

Radtec RC is a new brand for competition grade RC after market parts and the first products to hit the light of the day are a series of spring steel driveshafts and spool cups for the Xray T4 and Yokomo BD7 series cars. Available for the T4 are 52mm front and 50mm rear double joint driveshafts as well as steel solid axle drive cups. For the BD7 Radtec RC offers 45.5mm front and 44mm rear double joint driveshafts along suitable steel spool drive cups. All parts are made from Radtec RC’s premium steel and they come hard-coated for a smooth and long-lasting finish.

Xray X10'15 200mm pan car kit

Xray introduce the all-new X10 200mm pan car in 2015 specification. First of all the car features a redesigned chassis with improved weight balance and an overall narrower appearance. The chassis accepts a standard 2S LiPo pack with the speedo and receiver sitting on the wider front part of the chassis while 1S packs allow to mount the electronics in-line in front or behind the battery. The narrower chassis also sports a more centrally placement of the rear links, resulting in increased steering response and improved side-to-side balance. A new narrower and ultra lightweight motor pod adds to the more agile handling the 2015 Spec car allows. Another new feature to the rear end are improved roll tube dampers with an aluminium outer tube and inner delrin rods for highest possible precision.

Xray T4 rear front lower suspension holder

New from Xray comes this 1-piece rear front lower suspension mount for the rear end of the T4 touring car. Designed to replace the standard split mount with a single piece holder, the part is best used on high-grip surfaces as it is made to improve steering and rotation into corners. Another benefit of the mount is a higher rigidity in crashes as the 7075 alloy part securely stays in place. The holder comes orange anodised and it is a direct replacement for the standard split mounts.

Roche T4'14 0.25 deg aluminium suspension mounts

Roche introduce four new aluminium suspension mounts for the Xray T4’14 touring car. The parts offer finer 0.25 degree increments compared to the kit’s 0.5 degree parts, allowing for finer toe adjustments as well as +/-0.4mm track width changes. The parts are usable with the original Xray composite inserts and they can be mixed and matched with the original parts to achieve the setting you want. Available are FF, FR and RR 1-piece blocks as well as split CR blocks.
