Xray have introduced this lightweight and strong rear axle assembly for the XII or X10. It features a super-light and tough Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium shaft that is specially machined to be perfectly balanced and smooth with zero run-out for vibration-free operation.

Xray have announced on their site the impending release of the 2011 version of their T3 chassis. No other information is given, but we can assume with it being a new platform for this season that the changes will be minor tweaks rather than major updates.

Exotek Racing have released this LiPo conversion for Xray T2007 owners, which features a high performance multi adjustment LiPo chassis for uncompromising balanced LiPo performance. The XR07 chassis is designed and tested to equalize lateral flex. No more inconsistent flex problems caused by 6 large battery cut outs like in the stock chassis. The battery can be mounted in 3 different side ways positions as well as 2 front and back mounting positions for adjusting the balance of the car. The set also includes a 1 piece top deck designed for improved traction and reduced tweak.

I still cannot believe it and I am still dreading that I will wake up and realize that it is only a dream. I have been sitting in the airplane on the way home, and since we leave for the Electric Touring Car European Championship the same day we arrive home, I am writing this latest column for you with still-fresh memories and excitement from the recent 1/10 Nitro Touring World Championship in Texas, USA. I am SO happy, satisfied, and proud that no mere words can describe the feelings

Xray Column - Electric Touring Worlds 2010

The 45th installment in the Xray column from Xray owner and chief designer Juraj Hudy is now online. In this months column he talks about the team’s performance at last month IFMAR ISTC World Championships in Burgdorf, Germany.

Arriving home from the official warm-up, we quickly produced some final modifications of the chassis and top deck and a few other minor parts. At the last possible weekend before the Worlds we traveled with Martin, Teemu Leino and Alex Hagberg back to the track. Arriving at the track, we joined the other competing factory teams who also took advantage of last-minute testing time; such is the racing level at the real Worlds, only the traction was different.
