CSO RX8 hard coated aluminium pulleys

CSO have produced a full set of pulleys for the new Xray RX8 1/8th scale on road chassis. All pulleys are made from high quality 7075 T6 aluminium and then hard coated, with the side disc featuring holes for reducing weight but also allowing debris to exit from the teeth. There is a 24T front one-way pulley, 18T middle shaft inside pulley, 29T front side pulley, 18T rear side pulley and a 20T brake disc holder pulley. The 18T middle shaft inside pulley is different from the original in that it can be fixed on the updated CSO steel shaft by set screw instead of e-clip for quick and easy replacement.

Xray aluminium shock spring retaining collars

Xray’s new CNC-machined aluminuim shock collars can be used on Xray NT1 shock absorbers to increase the durability. These stylish and lightweight collars are made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and have been strategically lightened. Sold in a set of four.

Xray RX8 brass chassis balancing weights

More precision-machined brass chassis balancing weights from Xray, this time designed for their RX8 chassis. Mounted in the front and rear weight integration holes, they come marked with the weight value for easy identification. The front 60g weight can be mounted either fixed or flexible to avoid undesired stiffening effect and you can also add an additional 20g to top of this weight or the other graphite insert. At the rear there is a 20g and 40g weight, only one of which can be mounted at a time.

Xray RX8 XCA Composite 2-Speed gears

Xray have announced their precision-molded spur gears made from a special composite material that gives long life, minimal wear and minimizing breakage and stripping. Strategically lightened to reduce rotating mass, the special composite material will withstand even the most extreme racing conditions which imparts high tension and shear forces on the spur gears. The spur gears are injected in a specially-constructed mold which ensures equal material injection for ultra-true and wobble-free running of the spur gear. Each gear is stamped with a tooth number for easy identification and are available in 45T, 46T & 47T 2nd gears and 48T, 49T & 50T 1st gears.

Xray XII / X10 Link gold & black spring

Xray have released two new shock spring for the XII or X10 Link central shock absorber. Available in gold and black, the former medium hardness spring increases stability and ease of driving on medium-to-high and improves initial steering. The latter stiff spring increases stability and ease of driving on high-grip tracks, improving initial steering.
