Coming from Zen Racing are their new carbon fibre aero discs for Pro10 wheels. Machined from 0.5mm carbon fibre the discs are designed to reduce air turbulence, increasing efficiency and stability at high speeds. The set includes four 43.5mm diameter discs, two for the front and two for the rear wheels.
Coming from Zen Racing are new carbon fibre aero discs for 1/12th scale pan car wheels. Made from 0.5mm carbon these aero discs are designed to reduce air turbulence for increased efficiency and stability at speeds. The front discs are 33.4mm in diameter while the rear ones are 34.5mm diameter. They are sold as a pack of four, two front and two rear.
Zen Racing have introduced a carbon fibre chassis set for the Roche P12 Evo 1/12th scale pan car kit. The chassis shape has been changed slightly at the front in order to improve strength while adjusted cutouts give the servo saver a little more room. Included with the main chassis comes a suitable lower rear pod plate.
Zen Racing from the UK have announced the release of their tyre truer wheel insert for 4-bolt Pro10 and World GT wheels. The insert slides into the wheel and applies equal pressure to the rim when the truer nut is tightened, resulting in more precise tyre truing. The insert is usable with all standard 4-bolt Pro10 and WGT rear wheels.
Coming from Zen Racing are two specific Sanwa SRG mini servo mounts for Zen Racing’s 1/12th pan cars. The cradle holds the Sanwa SRG servo so it may be mounted directly to the chassis in a more traditional fashion. Using the brace to raise the servo off the chassis allows the servo saver to stay above the bottom of the chassis, adding servo support while the brace placed over the servo creates a floating mount to lower the servo. The mount has also been given an offset to get the servo spline in a more traditional position. The mount is available as a GT version with 9mm off-set from chassis mounting hole to servo mounting face and as LMP variant with 7.75mm off-set.
Designed to improve the front end damping on LMP or RXGT12 kits are 6mm front suspension balls from Zen Racing. The O-rings inside, held by a slot, increase 1/8th king pin dampening and they hold the chosen dampening fluid against the king pin for a more consistent feel.
Coming from Zen Racing and made for the RXGT12 pan car is the rear droop spring kit. The part replaces part number ZENC152 and the use of the fixed droop set screw. By replacing the droop screw with a spring the car is better balanced over bumps and offers an even better transition of weight entering a corner.
Coming from Phat Bodies is the new GT-F body shell for GT12 cars such as the ones from Mardave, Schumacher or Zen Racing. The lid was designed with detailed scale looks of the full sized FIA GT3 race cars and aerodynamic performance to match Phat Bodies’ popular 2017 Worlds Championship winning GT-M body shell. The body is BRCA homologated for National and International GT12 competition and it comes made of high-quality Lexan polycarbonate and including quality vinyl window and light masks as well as a sticker sheet.
