Serpent 3mm Carbide balls

 Serpent 3mm Carbide balls

Serpent have released these 3mm carbide balls for their new S400 1/10th EP touring car. Sold in a pack of 10, the balls are made from tungsten carbide and are suitable for use in the cars ball differential. These balls are incredibly hard and last much longer than the standard versions thanks to their resistance to flat spotting.

Honest Kyosho Spada carbon parts

Japanese company Team Honest have released a whole load of carbon parts for Kyoshos 1/12th scale gas powered Pan car, the Spada. The parts include a front upper plate made from 3mm carbon for extra front stiffness, a 2mm thick carbon fibre radio tray, a 2.5mm thick carbon body mount plate, 1.2mm brake plate and 1.5mm thick brake disk from carbon, a 3mm carbon rear upper plate and finally a receiver plate and a battery plate. All parts are of high quality and lightweight.

German after market parts maker All Mod have released 2 new products to their range of general and Mugen parts. First up are these engine support spacers for 1/8th scale buggies that when mounted lift your .21 motor by 1mm and this allows you to run the All Mod MSS 28 heavy-load clutch normally meant for use on .28 motors. Also new from All Mod is an aluminium clutch plate for use with the Mugen MTX and MRX range of cars that aids the engagement of the clutch for better power delivery.

Eagle Racing Pit Mat & 501X parts

Eagle Racing have released a number of new products this week with the first being this new pit mat. Made from a high quality rubber material, it is 40 x 60cm in size and weighs 325grams, and is supplied with a velcro strap to allow you to roll it up for transportation. Also new from Eagle Racing are some option parts for the Tamiya TRF 501X 4wd buggy, the first option being a blue anodised aluminium steering linkage which adds extra strength to this assembly. Also new for the 501X are a range of lightweight and strong titanium turnbuckles in various selections as well as titanium screw sets, also available in different amounts.

Robitronic have released this new range of durable red anodised aluminium servo arms for 1/8th scale off road cars. The arms feature small screws on the side to ensire a tight mounting on the servo main shaft and are numbered to show which servo they are suitable for. Available for KO Propo, Sanwa, Hitec and Futaba servos.

GS Racing 1/8 Off Road Option Parts

GS Racing have released a number of new option parts for their range of competition 1/8 Off Road vehicles, including the CL1 and XUT series. First up are these high performance disk brake pads, which are sold in a pack of 4 and improve your buggy’s stopping power. For the CL1 are 2 new parts including a set of special wing spacers made from aluminium and a super strong 5mm thick ball raced steering plate, made from 7075 T6 aluminium which comes in a set including all parts necessary to mount it.

Team Azarashi Flex deck for 501X

Japanese company Team Azarashi have released this flexible top deck option for the Tamiya 501X. Available for both the front and rear side of the central motor assemble the original carbon top deck is replaced with 2 seperate braces, made of dry carbon plate, that allow the car to flex giving more mechanical grip. The user can choose to have them on both the front and rear of the car or just one end, whichever needs it.

 Team AJ Wrench and bearings

Japanese firm Team AJ have released 2 new products, the first is this lightweight alumnium suspension arm nut wrench which is used with the Mugen MBX5R/T when trying to get at the cars front differential. This wrench is for the 4 millimeter nylon locknut that holds the front suspension pin in place and is designed in such a way that its easy to get at the nut. The other product from Team AJ is a set of 10 high quality rubber sealed ball bearings which are designed for use in gas buggies.
