Corally have released their brand new VRS matched Grepow 4200 Sub-C cells. The Grepow 4200 offers high voltage and consistent run time, while VRS (Virtual Race Simulator) matched Maxx-Cellerated packs have been precision matched and treated for even higher voltage. Available in both race and factory specs, all matched Corally battery packs come complete with soldering bars and connector tubes.

Trion, makers of cooling fans and other electrical items, have released this LiPo cooling fan battery. Similar to their previous cooling fan pack, this is also very light (17g) but has more power, packing an adequate 250mAh while remaining very thin and flat. Supplied with a Futaba type socket to connect the fan directly to the power source, there is also a plug for charging. The pack has built in overcharge and excessive discharge protection circuits and a very small footprint of only 27.5 mm x 41mm x 7mm.

Team Losi have become the latest company to release a high capacity LiPo pack with the announcement that they will start selling these 5000mAh 7.4V packs. Coming supplied with what looks like a soft shrink sleeve case, in place of a hard case, it comes supplied with power cables as well as a power plug and a balancer port and has been optimised for use in 1/10th scale vehicles.

Pro Match Racing have announced the impending release of this new all new EnerG 4600MAh cell. Created in partnership with SMC Racing, this high drain type Ni-MH cell will go on sale from the 10th of December and will provide lots of power as well as great run times. Intellect will soon release the follow up to the explosive power of their IB4200 cells with the introduction of the all new IB4600VR-1. These new batteries not only provide longer run time than their predecessor but they will have been tested to ensure that they are stable and safe, and upon passing, the VR-1 cells will go on sale. Trinity has made available the same Li-Pro battery pack that powers its new NOW brushless truggy available for use in other electric vehicles like the Associated RC-18T. The Lithium Polymer technology of the Li-Pro battery pack makes for a longer running battery at a lighter weight than possible with Ni-Cd or Ni-MH batteries. The Li-Pro battery pack comes with a Tamiya style power connector and a separate charging plug for use with balance chargers.
