New from Speed Passion, the Cirtix Stock Club Race ESC and motor combos finally give stock and spec class racers the fair competition they have asked for and all at an incredibly low price. The new systems are ideal for both big race spec handout systems and small club spec racing where equal performance and low cost are a must to grow new classes and attract new racers. The ESCs feature only brake strength and drag brake force as programmable options. All other performance parameters are fixed and there is no USB altering or updating capability in order to deliver the same consistent power for everyone.

LRP SXX Stock Spec BL Speed controller

LRP have introduced the new SXX Stock Spec brushless speed controller, based on the IFMAR World Championship winning SXX TC Spec with new developments specifically for stock-spec racing. Featuring dual ADPC max software, this allows independent adjustment of ‘Feel’ and ‘Boost’ for maximum flexibility and high power, while a twin BEC ensures constant 6V/3A output with 3.0V to 7.4V batteries meaning there is no need for a receiver battery for 1S LiPo or 4-cell NiMH Batteries. Castle Creations Mamba Max Pro 1 cell

Castle Creations have introduced a special, very limited, run of their Mamba Max Pro that are specially modified to run in the one cell classes. Only made to order, these are special controllers that will have their BEC circuit removed so you will need an outboard 4.8 – 6.0 volt power source to run your electronics. They are still good to 6S max and you get to use all of the advanced Smart Sense and Cheat mode settings. The cutoff for orders must be December 11, 2009 so if you want one you will need to act fast.

Robitronic Speedstar series Speedos & motors

Robitronic now offers a new lineup of brushless speedos and motors, an update of their Speedstar series. Available in versions for 3.5T, 5.5T and 8.5T, they are able to handle all kind of motors, be they BL sensorless, sensored or even brushed motors. The new Speedstar Platinum brushless motors feature a lightweight design, adjustable timing and a sintered neodymium rotor with integrated fan. Available in 3.5T, 4.5T, 5.5T, 6.5T, 7.5T, 8.5T, 9.5T, 10.5T, 13.5T, 17.5T and 21.5T versions.
