R1 Wurks 7.6V 10000mAh Graphene LiHV battery pack

R1 Wurks have introduced their new 7.6V 10000mAh Graphene LiHV battery pack. Build using high-performance 50C cells the high-voltage LiPo battery pack offers a monstrous 10000mAh of capacity at a somewhat low weight of only 330g, comparable to a 8400mAh pack, making it ideal for demanding and power-hungry classes such as 1/8th electric on-road. The Graphene technology ensures very low internal resistance, high discharge rates, enhanced punch and maximum top speed.

Team Orion flat sensor wires

Coming from Team Orion are new flat sensor wires in 75mm to 200mm length. The flat design allows the wire to be neatly installed in nearly every car, buggy or truck, with the high-quality connectors ensuring a reliable motor/ESC connection. The wires come printed with white Team Orion writings and they will hit stores soon.

Spektrum Smart 30A power supply

Horizon Hobby have introduced the new Spektrum Smart 30A power supply. The switching DC power supply offers up to 30A of current while a temperature controlled cooling fan delivers on-demand operation to make the unit as quiet as possible. Owners also get protection against over temperature, over loading and short circuits. Current status and adjustable output voltage are easily viewed on a large LCD display. The power supply runs on 120V to 240V and it features dual power outputs and dual 5V/1A USB ports to power mobile devices, pit lamps, speakers and more.

Trinity X-Factor spec class brushless motor

Trinity have introduced their all-new X-Factor spec class brushless motor. Of a new design the motor weighs in at only 144g to 148g on average which was achieved by using only six short screws to mount the timing ring and locking end plate systems. X-Flow cooling openings further reduce the overall weight while adding a lot of airflow through the motor. Other features include a new composite sensor board, a 2-piece CNC-machined aluminium can, and 2mm ultra-low resistance solder tabs. A new stator design provides more efficient power and virtually no fade during a run. Available variants upon release will be a 10.5T, built with a TEP1119 12.5×25.5mm high torque rotor while the 25.5T motor uses a TEP1117 12.3×25.5mm rotor. In-between variants for other stock classes will become available at a later date.

Speedzone Silicon Graphene competition LiPo packs

Speedzone have released two new hardcase silicon graphene LiPo competition battery packs. The standard 2S pack is a 6500mAh 120C variant with dimensions of 138.5x47x25mm and it weighs in at 296g. The shorty batterie is a 5000mAh 120C pack that measures 96x47x24.8mm and weighs 208g. Both packs have 5mm bullet connectors and come with the battery leads and standard JST-XH balance plug.

ArndtCraft 30mm motor cooling fan brace

Coming from ArndtCraft is a 30mm motor cooling fan brace that was designed to prevent fan breakage in extreme off-road conditions. The brace is ideal for all WTF-style fans and it attaches from the bottom, air flow outlet side of the unit. The 1mm carbon fibre plate is very light of weight and it will improve the fan’s life when running on carpet or astro turf tracks with wood or concrete base. It supports the fan’s centre section, as well as fan housing structure, to prevent fan centre section, and housing, from deflecting under hard impact, which can result in fan breakage.

Muchmore Fleta Pro V2 1S ESC

New from Muchmore is their 1S Fleta Pro V2 ESC. As the name suggests this speedo is suitable for use with 1S batteries and therefore aimed at 1/12th scale use. Made using a full aluminium case for better heat dissipation and therefore able to have higher current, its internal switch makes the wiring simpler as it removes the need for an external switch. A very small footprint (30.5 x 36.5 x 16.5mm) allows more options for its placement thus making balancing your car easier.
