Muchmore Fleta ZX V2 Specter outlaw stock motor

Muchmore have introduced their new Fleta ZX V2 Specter brushless outlaw stock motor. It builds on the proven ZX V2 setup but features a special short stack stator for reduced internal resistance and a sintered rotor with the combination of both being good for up to 35 percent more power output compared to traditional stock motors while delivering a maximum in terms of RPM and torque. In addition the 12.3×5.0×24.2Z MR-FZR27TiZ rotor with titanium shaft makes for a lower rotation mass, resulting in razor-sharp throttle response. Other features include Grade 5 ball bearings, an aluminium endplate for improved heat dissipation as well as silver-plated solder tabs. The motor does not comply with ROAR and EFRA rules and is available in 13.5T, 17.5T and 21.5T windings.

Marking the pinnacle of development, the new packs offer an ultra low internal resistance, improved capacity, as well as reliable and stable power supply from start to finish. The Ultimate Graphene LiPo range includes two families of batteries, the standard voltage Ultimate Graphene LiPo and the high voltage Ultimate Graphene LiPo HV packs. The new batteries are available in all popular formats, shorty, LCG shorty, stick as well as 4S block for 1/8. All are built to meet ROAR, EFRA, BRCA, and IFMAR specifications, they utilise 120C cells and heavy duty gold-plated connectors.

Revtech 6750mAh 15.2V LiHV battery pack

Coming from Trinity is the new Revtech 6750mAh 4S 15.2V LiHV hardcase battery pack. It is made using high-quality 110C Graphene high-voltage LiPo cells for low internal resistance and improved power output and the pack’s dimensions allow to use the battery in all applications that require a standard 4S pack. The battery will become available by mid-February and it comes pre-wired with an XT90U connector.

Trinity Monster Fan 30mm cooling fan

Trinity have introduced their Monster Fan 30x30mm high-speed cooling fan. It weighs in at 7.7g, is usable with 6V to 8.4V input and offers up to 24,000RPM at 8.4V input for loads of cooling capability for speed controller and fans. The unit comes pre-wired with a red BEC-style connector and including a black extension lead.

HRC Racing 6S hardcase LiPo battery pack

HRC Distribution have introduce the HRC Racing brand 6S hardcase LiPo battery pack for 1/8th scale applications. The pack is of the same 138x48x47mm dimension as most 4S packs, allowing to put more power into 1/8th buggies, trucks and monster trucks without having to upgrade the battery compartment. The battery is made of high-quality 4900mAh 60C/110C cells and it comes pre-wired with an industry-standard balancer port and a T-type power connector.

Power Star PS-540 brushed crawler motor

Coming from Power Star is the new PS-540 brushed crawler motor series. Designed exclusively for rock crawlers and trail trucks, the motor features high-torque magnets for strength, heat resistance and perfect throttle feel while hard brushes ensure a long life of the brushes and commutator. Other features include dual ball bearings, end bell heatsinks, gold-plated solder tabs, and adjustable timing. The motor is available in 27T, 35T and 45T specification.

Castle Creations Sidewinder 4 BL speed controller

Castle Creations have introduced the fourth generation of their popular Sidewinder brushless speed controller, the Sidewinder 4. The all- new and improved ESC builds upon Castle’s most popular platform – the Sidewinder 3. The the fourth generation is the first platform running Cryo-Drive technology which reduces operating temperatures in all applications as it is a combination of software enhancements and precision fluid dynamics. The new case is designed specifically for maximum airflow from the huge 30mm fan included with the Sidewinder 4. These changes result in cooler ESC temperatures, increased runtime and power handling. All of these improvements mean drivers can gear more aggressively for more speed and harder/longer runs. The speedo is still waterproof and compatible with the optional Castle Link USB programmer. The speed controller is available separately or as combo package with a range of 14xx series motors.

Motiv Defy Grey Graphene LiHV range

Coming from Motiv is their new Defy Grey Graphene LiHV battery range. Available are four specifications including an 8400mAh standard size pack of 329g, a 6000mAh low centre of gravity standard pack of 265g, a 5000mAh shorty of 202g, and an 8200mAh 1S shorty of 150g for 1-cell applications. All are made of high-quality +100C high-voltage LiPo cells and the 2S packs feature 5mm bullet-type connectors while the 1S pack utilises 4mm tubes.
