Centro C4.2 Conversion Kit for the B4.2

Available now for pre-order on rc10.com is the updated Centro C4.2 Mid Motor Conversion kit for the B4.2 buggy. Developed in Europe and designed specifically for very high-traction surfaces, the Centro C4.2 Mid Motor conversion for the B4.2 features a hard aluminium one-piece chassis, and an all-new moulded gearbox and bulkhead assembly that positions the motor in front of the rear wheel centreline, creating a centralised weight balance. Additional tuning possibilities are available with Centro’s range of optional accessories, including front bulkhead brass weights, front brace, and carbon chassis side stiffeners.

Avid B4.2 motor centering kit & servo mounts

Avid is busy adding more option parts to their range of after market parts. First up is the motor centering kit for Team Associated’s B4.2, T4.2 and SC10.2 line of off-road vehicles as well as the respective predecessors. The parts are designed to overcome the imbalance issue often associated with the vehicles that are heavy on the left rear, which also makes an imbalance on the front tires. By shifting the motor, motorplate, and slipper 5mm towards the right, the balance is restored close to 50/50 for a more predictable handling. Along with the improved balance also goes a 6.7g weight saving. The set includes a 5mm aluminium spacer, 5mm slipper spacer, and stainless steel mount screws.

Yuki Model Yakuza 1/8th brushless motors

CN Development & Media have new variants of their sensored Yakuza brushless motor series available. In addition to the existing motors the 41/48 buggy variant is available as 2250kv version and the longer 42/74 truggy motor now also comes as 1750kv and 2150kv variant. All are supplied with 5.5mm gold-plated bullet-type connectors and feature 5mm output shafts for standard 1/8th pinions.

Kyosho TF6 SP2 conversion kit

Kyosho Germany introduce the TF6 SP2 conversion kit. The set contains all necessary parts to bring the TF6 up to the latest SP2 specification to make for an even faster and better handling car. Included in the kit is a new 2mm upper deck, an upper plate post, hard front 6°C-hubs, hard rear hubs as well as steel gear diff shafts, cup joints, 42.5mm steel and 43mm aluminium swing shafts.

Matrix 1/8th buggy tyres & wings

After two years of development and testing Matrix announce their new line of 1/8th buggy tyres. Available in four different threads and coming in soft and super soft compounds the tyres cover a wide range of applications from loose dirt up to hard-packed clay. The tyres are available pre-mounted on yellow disc rims and closed cell inserts or as tyre with inserts only. Also new is a radically shaped 1/8th off-road wing that suits buggies and truggies alike. Available in white, yellow or black colour it is a two-stage design and sports a grid on the lower wing part to make for easy and convenient mounting.

Yuki Model LiPo safety charging bag

CN Development & Media now have this LiPo safety charging bag from Yuki Model available. It is fabricated from fire-resistant fabric and ideal to store, transport and charge LiPo battery packs in. The bag comes in white colour and with Yuki Model’s logo printed on the lid.

Yaiba B4 & RB6 option parts packages

Yaiba Racing now offers special option parts packages for the Team Associated B4 and Kyosho RB6 buggy. Starting with the B4 Base Set, included are several red anodised and laser-etched aluminium parts such as big bore shock mounts, front kingpin brace, front bulkhead, steering bellcranks, battery trap thumb screws, rear chassis brace and a motor plate. The RB6 Complete set is available for mid and rear motor cars and includes steering bellcranks, a steering rack, the graphite battery plate set with alloy posts and thumb screws, RF and RR wide suspension mounts, the specific rear bulkheads and a motor plate. KM H-K1 Meen Version anti-roll bars

KM Racing introduce three new front anti-roll bar wires for the KM H-K1 Meen Version kit. The wires are available as 2.1mm, 2.2mm and 2.4mm variant and designed to fit with the recently announced front-anti roll bar kit. The different thickness anti-roll bars allow to adjust the roll characteristic of the car’s front end and come laser-etched for easy identification.
