SkyRC Cheetah 60A motor & ESC combo

SkyRC introduce the Cheetah 60A sensored brushless motor and speed controller combo set. Based around a 60A speedo the set targets cost oriented 1/10th and 1/12th scale stock racers. The controller is useable with 2S to 3S LiPo batter packs, offers a 6V/3A BEC system, optional fan unit, direct solder tabs, an integrated on/off switch and easy programming via the included programming card that allows the adjustment of parameters such as cut-off voltage, brake and punch settings. Part of the set is also a rebuildable sensored brushless motor with 12.5mm rotor, vented can design and pre-soldered connector tubes. The combo set is available with your choice of a 8.5T or 10.5T to 21.5T stock motor.

Yeah Racing touring car body gauge

Yeah Racing now have this 1/10th touring car body gauge available. The part is designed to check body height, rear body height, wing overhang and wing chord/end plates to make sure the body complies with ISTC and BRCA regulations. Made from aluminium the foldable gauge comes in blue or gun metal colour with white markings.

S-Workz S104 4WD EK1 4WD buggy kit

At this year’s Nuremberg International Toyfair S-Workz, already known for their 1/8th electric and nitro off-road buggies, showed a prototype of their first ever 1/10th electric 4WD car and now the vehicle nears its public release. The S104 EK1 is based on a very narrow aluminium chassis and sports some very interesting design features such as a front pivot ball suspension, ‘1/8th-ish’ wheel axles with large diameter wheel hex adapters and wheel nuts as well as a forward-biased weight distribution with a rear battery mount for 2S LiPo saddle and 98mm shorty packs. The shock towers are cut from silver-colour carbon fibre with the rear item being of a split design with a lower aluminium camber link brace for added rigidity. Mounted to the damper stays are big bore aluminium oil-filled shock absorbers with mud deflectors to protect the shock shafts and seals. Included with the kit comes an aggressively shaped cab forward body shell with add-on polycarbonate dirt shields for the main chassis plate. It is understood that the kit will hit the stores by the end of August.

Much More introduce the Wonder body shell and Fashion wing for the Kyosho RB6 2WD buggy. The body sports a distinctive mid-cap design with reduced projection area for less aerodynamic drag, improved straight line speed and a more balanced low/high speed handling. A shark fin around the rear roof section improves straight line stability and jumping. The body is useable for mid and rear motor buggies and comes with a suitable Fashion called wing which is also available separately.

A flexible material and a strong cord guarantee a tight fit. Next up is a special engine bag for .12 to .21 nitro engines. Made from high-quality cotton and coming with white Orcan logos the bag makes storage and transportation of your precious nitro engine easy. A tough cord securely seals the bag to prevent the engines from falling out. Last but not least comes the Orcan multifunctional bag, a medium-size offering for spare parts, tools and many more. An adjustable inner compartment and a net in the lid help to keep things tidy. Such as the other products this one sports the white Orcan logo.

New from Duratrax come three additional off-road tyres for 1/8th electric and nitro buggies. Starting with the Dinero, the tread is designed to deliver excellent forward traction, side bite and long wear characteristics while the finer tread Score tyre is ideal for hard packed dusty track surfaces. The Barz tread though sports a smaller pin design with additional bars making it a good choice for hard packed indoor and outdoor clay surfaces. The tyres come as paris in soft C2 and super soft C3 compound.

Pre-painted FTW 1/8th buggy bodies

FTW introduce their Euro-inspired Raw design pre-painted buggy body shells. Available in pink, green, blue and orange/yellow variants the design is applicable on all FTW 1/8th buggy bodies with pre-painted 1/10th buggy and 1/8th truggy and SC truck shells to follow soon. MCD announce the all-new RR5 buggy

Turkish large scale specialists MCD announce the soon release of their new 1/5th scale competition gas buggy called the RR5. Designed from scratch the kit looks like a scaled-up 1/8th buggy and features a tough 4WD shaft drivetrain with chrome shafts and axles, easily accessible spiral-cut differential gears and steel brake discs. The widely adjustable suspension comes with fifth generation lower wishbones, ball-raced sway bars and composite shock absorbers. The chassis plate is cut from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminium and comes with an easily removable one-piece radio tray with separate rear brake servo mount and composite chassis stiffeners. Included in the kit is a clear body shell and a composite rear wing.
