X-Power Mini-Z AWD & MR-03 option parts

Just in time for the indoor season, X-Power has stepped into the 1:28 scale market with several new optional parts for Mini Z AWD and MR-03. X-Power’s optional parts will be made with 7075-T6 Aluminum for maximum durability with low weight & anodized in Red for a striking trick look. New parts include a ball differential for both the AWD and the MR-03 as well as AWD front suspension cover, AWD center shaft mounts, DWS shock stay and finally a range of shock springs for fine tuning the car’s setup.

Reedy 6500mAh 7.4V & 3900mAh 11.1V Wolfpacks

Reedy have added two new battery packs to their range of LiPo Wolfpacks. Available in 6500mAh 7.4V 25C and 3900mAh 11.1V 35C each battery features Reedy’s molded hard case for maximum crash protection. High quality cell manufacturing and construction techniques result in reliable operation and maximum cycle-life. Unlike some brands that utilize power-robbing ‘universal’ plugs, Reedy’s WolfPack LiPo batteries come equipped with beefy silicone wires and a low-resistance Deans Ultra Plug connector. An integrated balancing harness with a JST-XH connector is also included.

Sneak Peek – Pro-Line Badlands SC

Pro-Line have released this sneak peek video of their as yet unconfirmed tires giving the camera a rooster spray. Judging by the massive pins we believe they are the new badlands SC tires, but we will know for sure when Pro-Line release confirmation in the next few weeks.

Zeppin Racing T3 flex chassis & options

Zeppin Racing have released a number of new parts for the Xray T3 2011 beginning with this 2.2mm flex chassis. Designed for racers who needs to have more traction all around it features four long vertical slots along the chassis to increase flex while providing more surface to install electronics securely. The 88mm super narrow chassis aids cornering speed by avoiding scrubbing on the ground and makes the car easier to control on low traction surfaces. It is also 30 grams lighter than the original chassis. Also on offer is the new steering brace in black for those who run the steering servo in a horizontal position. Zeppin also have new 48 and 64 pitch spur gears for the Xray which are precision machined from a high tensile material for durability.

JConcepts Bar Codes V1 green & V2 orange compounds

JConcepts have announced some updates to their range of 1/10th scale Bar Codes. The Bar Codes V1 front and rear tires are now available in Super soft green compound, while the rear Bar Codes V2 are now also available in orange compound for outdoor groove.

Serpent S411 ball diff & pivot pins

Serpent have brought out a ball-differential set for the 411. Featuring hard anodized aerospace aluminium diff shafts, this precision made diff pulley sports 14 balls for super smooth action. Soon Serpent will also bring out slipper-plates to turn this ball-diff into a slipper spool. Also for the Serpent 411 are these titanium nitrate coated pivot pins which help make the suspension parts works even smoother. Sold in a set of 2 for they are available in both front or rear versions.
