Alien Racing Legend12 1/12th scale chassis

French brand Alien Racing have released their latest 1/12th scale chassis, the Legend12. The most noticeable thing about this new car is the longitudinal position of the battery. This helps corner faster and reduce yaw in the car in direction change and this layout can accept a 1S LiPo as well as 4 cell NiMh pack. The links connecting the rear pod to the main chassis are made from carbon and are mounted below the electronics to save space. Finally the rear bulkhead sees the motor mounted super low for improved centre of gravity.

Pro-Line TSL SX Super Swamper 2.2″ Sneak peek

Keeping with the Crawler theme, Pro-Line have shown off a sneak peek of their new Super Swamper 2.2″. Like the current Super Swamper tires that you can get from Pro-Line, these scale crawler tires are also officially licensed from Interco Tire Corporation, but compared to those 1.9″ tires these are super sized.

Novak M2 Dig 3S Dual Brush ESC

Coming soon from Novak is the M2 Dig 3S Dual Brush ESC. The first of its kind, this new, dual-motor compatible speed control is small, light and easy to install and operate. Combined with two brushed motors, the M2 Dig independently controls the motors to perform dig maneuvers. There are three fully programmable throttle profiles: Dig mode, Proportional Dig Mode and Single Motor Brushed Mode. The M2 Dig 3S sports independent biasing of the front and rear motors to allow for precise maneuverability through tricky terrain, and exceptional control on steep inclines and downhill descents. Because of these features the M2 Dig 3S is perfect for the new Axial XR10.

Xcelorin 60C LiPo batteries

For the racer that demands the best, Xcelorin have introduced three new high-performance 60C LiPo batteries. All are ROAR-approved for competition and feature hard cases that can withstand the demands of the racing environment. Each will include a XH Balance Adapter for balance charging. Durango DNX408 ready for release

After years of testing with many hand-made test cars, then more than six months of pre-production testing this year, along the way winning the German Nationals, Team Durango are satisfied that the DNX408 is ready for release. If all goes to plan with production then they expect to be shipping late November this year.

Exotek Racing XR07 T2007 LiPo conversion

Exotek Racing have released this LiPo conversion for Xray T2007 owners, which features a high performance multi adjustment LiPo chassis for uncompromising balanced LiPo performance. The XR07 chassis is designed and tested to equalize lateral flex. No more inconsistent flex problems caused by 6 large battery cut outs like in the stock chassis. The battery can be mounted in 3 different side ways positions as well as 2 front and back mounting positions for adjusting the balance of the car. The set also includes a 1 piece top deck designed for improved traction and reduced tweak.

Speedzone have released several new 2S LiPo packs which will cater to the needs of all racers and hobbyists. The 7.4v 5700mAh 50C pack, which is ROAR legal, and the 7.4v 5400mAh packs in 50C and 40C are perfect for high performance applications.The 7.4v 4000mAh 30C pack gives hobbyists an economical entry level LiPo pack where run time is not critical. These hard case packs all come with banana style connectors with a deans connector and a standard balancing port.
