Designed and precision-crafted to have a unique spring characteristic, these new spring sets give you an optimum range of choices to fine tune your car. Jammin CRT X2 truggy

RC Car Action managed to get some up close pictures of the new prototype truggy from Jammin, unofficially called the CRT X2. The new car features large bore shocks, will use larger diameter wheels, has the heavy parts of the car more centrally positioned, has a new chassis and other new changes. This car belongs to Chad Bradley and it was his team mate Taylor James, with the same car, that took the truggy class win at last weekends ROAR 1/8th truggy Nationals held at the Farm 2 track in Charlotte, N.Carolina.

Much More battery packs

Much More have extended their range of general purpose NiMH battery packs with the release of a number of different formats to suit various different requirements. First up are the 7.2V Power Sport packs that come in both 2200MAh and 2800MAh while also released is a Sport Stick pack that is also 7.2V but is 3800MAh. For longer run times Much More have also introduced their 4500 Select 6 Cell pack that can be used in cars as well as starter boxes and other high power applications. Finally from the Korean company are 2 new receiver packs, one 1500MAh 6V flat pack for use in gas on road cars and a Hump configured packo of the same cells for use in off road gas cars.

Xray NT1 Pinion Gear Tool set

Xray have released this set of two XCA-clutch pinion gear tools to help install and remove pinon gears to and from the XCA clutchbell. The tools are moulded from a special composite mixture which ensures very high durability and very precise fitting to the pinions. The pinion gear tool is specially designed to fit the NT1 pinion gears which have very specific and unique teeth profile and design. The tools fit all NT1 pinion gears, both 1st gears – 15, 16, 17, 18T and 2nd gears – 20, 21, 22, 23T.
