Team Associated RC28 1/28 2WD RTR buggy

Hot on the heels of the RC28T 1/28th micro stadium truck comes Team Associated’s RC28 micro 2WD buggy. The scale replica of AE’s iconic RC10 buggy is only 143mm long but packed with features such as a integrated proportional servo, an integrated ESC/receiver unit, a built-in battery and of course a replica body shell  as well as scale tyres and wheels to resemble Team Associated’s first ever racing buggy. Also included in the set are a 2.4GHz radio system and four AA batteries for the transmitter, making it ready to go right out of the box.

Yokomo YZ-2DTM Worlds Edition 2WD buggy kit

To celebrate their 2017 2WD IFMAR World Championship title, Yokomo have released the special limited edition YZ-2DTM Worlds Edition 1/10th 2WD buggy kit. Based off of the YZ-2DTM Ryan Maifield edition the kit will include a range of option parts that were specially developed for the World and used by drivers such as new World Champion, Ryan Maifield, and 3rd placed Lee Martin. Each of the 361 kits released will come with a serial number on the chassis plate and the World Edition will also include a new aluminium steering bell crank set, new gullwing front arms, a new hard-type front bulkhead as well as a new rear aluminium A-arms mounts and a new gearbox support. 111 kits will be shipped in the first week of January while the remaining 250 kits will hit stores at the end of the January.

Dash ST702 super high torque servo

Arrowmax have introduced the new Dash ST702 super high torque servo. Coming out of the A8 series the high voltage compatible servo pulls up to 25kg-cm of torque and it features a 2-pole brushless motor, dual ball bearings, chrome and titanium alloy gears and a special firmware that is dedicated to nitro class racing. The machined all-aluminium case is of a heatsink design and it sports Arrowmax’s signature black and golden look.

T-Works MTC1 brass steering posts

T-Works have introduced a set of brass steering posts for the Mugen MTC1 touring car. They are machined from high-quality material and weigh in at 2g each. They add weight to the front part of the car which can be beneficial in certain track conditions.

Schelle Racing Innovations B64 rear top deck

Coming from Schelle Racing Innovations is the rear top deck for the Team Associated B64 buggy. The part is the perfect complement to Schelle’s popular front top deck. Connecting the rear gearbox with the motor mount allows for increase bending strength as well as reduced chassis flex in cornering. When installed, racers will notice an immediate increase in corner speed, as the rear end of the buggy will now follow lock-step with the front end. The part is machined from 2.5mm carbon fibre and comes including a 3-D-printed plastic rear top deck mount and a 3-D-printed plastic battery stop.

Samix CFX-W alloy lower shock & suspension link mount

Samix have introduced a set of aluminium lower shock and suspension link mounts for the MST CFX-W trail truck. Coming as a set of four, they add about 16g of weight for a lower centre of gravity while eliminating flex and adding durability at the same time. The parts are machined from high-quality material and come in black, grey or silver anodising.

One .21 O.S. Speed 2103 based on-road engine

Coming from Capricorn is their new One .21 nitro on-road engine. Based on the O.S. Speed 2103 the power plant features an exclusive aerodynamic bi-colour cooling head, however more details about the engine are not known yet.

T-Works MTC1 dual joint front driveshafts

Coming from T-Works and made for the Mugen MTC1 touring car are two new dual joint front driveshafts. Made from high-quality steel they are available with sturdy steel couplers for modified motor racing or with lightweight hard-coated 7075-T6 aluminium couplers for stock class applications – the latter scrubbing rotation mass for improved acceleration and braking performance. Both the steel and alloy couplers are also available separately for spares or repair.
