Pro-Line Masher X HP & Hyrax 2.8 tires & Ram 1500 body

Pro-Line have released this pair of pre-mounted Masher X HP tires for X-Maxx and Kraton 8S. Coming mounted on Raid 5.7″ wheels, Pro-Line Masher tires are known for being the standard when it comes to chevron Monster Truck style tread and Pro-Line took it to the extreme on the Masher X by adding futuristic tread and sidewall detail that will make your truck look incredible and perform amazingly everywhere you go. The all-new Masher X HP tires go one step further by being belted to handle extreme power and high speeds with ease. These tires and Raid 5.7″ wheels have been developed from the ground up to be lightweight and durable enough to handle extreme X-Maxx and Kraton 8S punishment to give you the best all-around bashing experience possible. The Raid 5.7″ black wheel features a 24mm hex with the standard 1/5 scale through-hole to fit most 1/5 scale vehicles and includes machined aluminium wheel washers to fit onto the popular X-Maxx platform. JConcepts Reflex in Aqua A2 compound

JConcepts have announced the release of their popular Reflex 1/8th buggy tyres in Aqua A2 compound. The Reflex tire is designed to bridge a gap between the popular Triple Dees tire and Ellipse. It has square angled pins that are stacked vertically to flex and fold evenly across the tire. Typically a stacked tread will wear less and provide more forward bite while the aligned space helps rotation in the turns and gives a snappy release to square up quickly.

Contact RC A34 pre-glued rubber tires

Contact RC Tyres have introduced the new A34 pre-glued rubber tire, especially designed for outdoor 1/10th Touring racing. The Contact A34 pre-glued tyre has been developed and tested by Schumacher’s highly experienced staff to provide excellent traction and wear rates for competition touring car racing. Built on a Schumacher Revlite 24mm wheel combined with a medium yellow insert, this is a well proven combination over many years. A wide working temperature from 10 to 30 deg celsius air temperature, they are glued using Schumacher’s in house automated gluing process which accurately controls the glue flow rate and quantity to ensure perfectly glued tyres every time.

JConcepts Fuzz Bite & Pin Swag carpet tires

JConcepts have introduced two new carpet tires, the Fuzz Bite and the Pin Swag. The Fuzz Bite lands on a low-profile carcass carried over from tires such as the Twin Pin. The low stance provides quick transition at high-speed and minimises side-wall deflection and roll. The pin is specially built in a reverse ‘water tower’ shape planting the larger base at the bottom and narrowing at the top for precision. The pins are placed in a radius and repeated about for a healthy nest of pins to dig deep into matting in office carpet or tight knit CRC carpeting. The alternating rows of pins provides side-bite, and the tightness gives forward traction. The arrangement of the pins promotes good wear characteristics and traction longevity. The Fuzz Bite incorporates a small radial rib on the outside with angular cross to give consistent cornering but also forward mid-corner launch grip. Available in for the rear as well as in 2wd and 4wd front varieties.

Hudy balancing putty

From Hudy, this special balancing putty is used to perfectly balance the wheels and tires to reduce vibration. The putty is very sticky to ensure it will not fall off on the track during a run. A must have for properly balanced wheels. The putty can also be used to seal a receiver box, or protect the electronic connectors against water, or even to secure wires to a chassis. 85g putty is delivered in an aluminium Hudy tin box to ensure freshness.

Contact WGT10/Pro 10 tyres

Contact Tyres have announced their new WGT10/Pro 10 tyres. The JW2 tyres benefit from a new stiffer wheel material which in testing proved to give a more stable and consistent car, improving corner speed in the really challenging Pro 10 modified class. The new tyres are available in their control purple and lilac stripe as well as the popular shore hardnesses. Precisely trued to 61mm rear and 60mm front.

This is the new Pro-Line Hyrax XL 2.9″ tires for the Super Rock Rey. Designed from the ground up for incredible grip and stability on the toughest terrain, the Hyrax XL 2.9″ tire is ready to tackle anything your Losi Super Rock Rey can dish out. It features an aggressive open tread pattern with each tread block containing multiple sipes for improved traction and comes in at a massive 7.28″ tall and 2.75″ wide. The highly detailed connected tread on the sidewall of the Hyrax extends out for added scale realism and sidewall rigidity to help prevent traction rolls. Made using a special large-scale Desert Racing compound, so you know it provides the performance and durability that you can depend on. This tire will fit directly onto the stock 2.9″ Super Rock Rey wheel or any other 2.9″ size wheel.
