In Q1 and on new tyres, Mitchell Van Es (Awesomatix) took P1 in front of Florian Joos (Tamiya) and Sidney Blokker (Yokomo). Then Florian managed to win Q2 thanks to an error from Mitchell in the last lap but Mitchell stroke back and won Q3 in front of Sidney and Florian. This meant Mitchell would take P1 on the grid in front of Florian, Sidney, Rick van den Akker (Xray) and Niek Middelkoop (Xray).
