Muchmore Impact FD4 1S 8000mAh LiPo battery pack

Made especially for 1S 1/12th scale racing is Muchmore’s new Impact FD4 series 3.7V 8000mAh hardcase LiPo battery pack. Measuring 92.5×46.7×18.5mm the battery weighs in at 154.5g and it is built high-quality 130C silicon graphene cells for a very low internal resistance and exceptional power supply. With a capacity of 8000mAh it offers lots of runtime for modified and a balanced discharge curve for stock racing classes.

Radtec 20mm micro cooling fan

Radtec have introduced their new 20mm micro cooling fan intended especially for the cooling of 1/12th scale pan car speed controllers. Using the fan will lower the speedo’s temperature by about 20 percent with the fan adding only 5.2g of weight. Dual ball bearings ensure exceptional durability and the fan come pre-wired with all-black wires and a universal receiver connector.

Reds Racing VX3 Factory Selected brushless motors

Reds Racing have launched their new 1/10 VX3 Factory Selected electric brushless motors. They are hand-built, selected and the top five percent of tested motors of every batch with the hall sensor variance being within one degree or better. Each motor is hand-assembled, shimmed and tested by Reds Racing’s tech department. Timing, kV rating and Amp draw are tested on the dyno for maximum performance and the Factory Selected motors come with new titanium screws to increase performance. Furthermore each motor comes with a quality control certificate showing each motor’s main specifications such as KV, current, timing and shimming. Available are 4.5T to 8.5T Modified as well as 10.5T to 25.5T Stock motors.

Ruddog RC215 500W dual channel LiPo DC charger

The Ruddog RC215 500W Dual Channel LiPo Battery DC Charger is a compact and powerful device that allows to charge up to two battery packs simultaneously with up to 15A of charge current. When used in the combined ASYNC mode, a maximum of 25A of charge current is possible. The DC charger can be used with 1S to 6S LiHV/LiPo, 1 to 16 cell NiMH or 1S to 10S batteries and it works with 7VDC to 28VDC input. A powerful discharge function allows for up to 3A of discharge current or 15A when used in the Recycle mode. A 320×240 pixel 2.4 inch LC display allows to monitor the charger’s and batteries’ vital signs with the compact 98x69x35mm dimensions making it easy to store and transport the charger for weekly racing or travelling abroad.

The power source is build from highest quality 140C cells for maximum power output in demanding classes such as touring cars and buggies with the high capacity making for exceptional run times for modified classes and a flat discharge curve for stock motor racing. The hardcase battery measures 96.5x47x25mm, it weighs in at 221g and utilises 5mm bullet-type connectors.

AB Racing Dual 1/8th cooling fans

AB Racing have introduced their dual cooling fans especially designed for the use with 1/8th scale vehicles. Designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia from local and imported products, the clever design utilises CNC-machined 6061 T6 aluminium mounts and a simple, but secure mounting system. The fans benefit from a brushless motor and dual ball bearing design, increasing longevity in harsh conditions and providing optimal cooling performance. The fans used are rated at 19.4 CFM – combined CFM of 38.8 for both fans – with a total of 18 watts of power for both fans combined. The fans can be powered directly with a 2S 7.4V or 3S 11.1V LiPo battery. The mount is designed to fit standard 1/8th scale motors with a 42-40mm motor diameter. The CNC machined aluminium mount helps draw heat from the motor and provide a strong mounting platform for the fans.

The system combines a powerful 540-class brushless motor and with a multi-functional speed controller system in a single housing, ensuring a low weight and compact design.
