Mike Haynes wins Cleveland Indoor Champs

Mike Haynes wins Cleveland Indoor Champs

Sweep Racing USA’s very own Mike Haynes took the Mod Sedan win at the 31st annual Cleveland Indoor Champs. After qualifying in third place on mains day Mike was in prime spot to start as Paul Lemieux and Keven Herbert had been battling it out during qualifying. They continued in the finals where they left off and at about the 2 minute mark they tangled which let Mike take the lead. Mike was able to defend the lead for 4 full minutes under hard pressure from Keven Herbert and while Keven seemed to have the faster car Mike clearly was a man on a mission closing the door hard many times on Keven. Mike was also on the podium in 2 other highly contested classes with 2nd in Superstock sedan and 2nd in 13.5 12th.
