Pro Tips with Jilles Groskamp – Part 4 & 5

Following on from the first three parts of our new series of videos that offers in-depth tips from pro drivers, comes the 4th and 5th part of this 5 part series with Tamiya Racing Factory team driver and new European Champion Jilles Groskamp. In these final two episode Jilles guides us through the last steps of assembling a complete Tamiya TRF416WE chassis from scratch, as well as showing us how to tweak the car to perfection and we even get to see the final product in action around the MACH track in Heemstede. Expect more Pro Tips videos in the near future.

Perfect as either a replacement front end, using for spares or for attaching to another chassis, this set includes all the parts needed including fasteners, plastics and suspension parts. Also new from Associated is a two-DVD set in which Richard “the King” Saxton goes through the build of a nitro vehicle from the ground up. Divided into chapters individually accessible from the main menu, the first DVD thoroughly covers all the different assembly points as well as tires, bodies and engine break-in.
