Yeah Racing DF03 spring steel CV driveshafts

Yeah Racing have introduced their new spring steel CV-style driveshafts for the Tamiya DF03 chassis. Offering improved durability while being not overly heavy the driveshafts are an ideal upgrade when running hotter motors in the DF03-based cars such as the Top Force, Wild Dagger, Twin Detonator, or Double Blaze. The set includes two pre-assembled driveshafts.

JConcepts introduce new B74 carbon fibre optionals

Coming from JConcepts are several new carbon fibre optional parts for the Team Associated B74 4WD buggy. First up is the hanging servo mount plate, an updated part to the original design as mounting and securing the servo on the B74 is critical, because the hanging servo mount plate requires durability and reliability in all aspects. The 2.5mm thickness, genuine carbon fibre material is durable, lightweight and features the JConcepts milled sections which help maintain strength while minimising weight. The mounting pattern remains standard for quick attachment in the correct position.

SRP iCharger 308/406 Duo V2 charger stand

Schaffner Racing Products have introduced their new V2 charger stand for the popular iCharger 308 and 406 Duo chargers. The all new design sits 25mm lower than its predecessor, and is easier to assemble due to its unique dual tab/slot design. It also straddles any power supply up to 87mm wide, which helps to maximise the functionality of any pit space and holds the charger at the perfect angle for viewing from the seated position. The stand is 3-D-printed, weighs in at about 56g and it is available in all black as well as black/red, black/pink, black/orange, black/green and black/blue variants.

Tamiya XB Tyrell P34 1976 Japan GP rolling chassis kit

Coming soon from Tamiya is the Expert Built series XB Tyrell P34 1976 Japan GP 6-wheeler formula car, a pre-built and pre-painted rolling chassis kit. The vehicle resembles one of the most iconic Formula 1 cars in history with the XB series allowing drivers to enter the track a lot faster compared to a traditional kit as the car comes factory-assembled and painted, ready for your own choice of steering servo, controller and battery to be added. Six grippy foam tyres ensure great traction in most track conditions with the pre-decorated body making the car standing out. The F103 based rolling chassis will become available by the end of November.

Axial SCX10 II 1955 Ford F-100 RTR trail truck

Axial have unveiled the latest body shell variant for their popular SCX10 II trail truck, the 1955 Ford F-100. The truck builds on the proven SCX10 II 4×4 truck chassis with AR44 axles, optimised 3.75 gear ratio and multi-link suspension. The body features authentic details including a front grille with chrome-coated plastic radiator and front-mounted driving lights with LEDs installed. Mounting positions are built-in to add optional LEDs for headlights and turn signal markers. Officially licensed Method Hole wheels and Maxxis Trepador tyres — plus a working spare — take the realism down to the road. Performance on the trail lives up to the model’s full-scale inspiration. Waterproof electronics keep the action alive over snow, mud, and more. With its all-metal twin C-channel frame rails, metal-gear transmission, full ball bearings, and more, the truck keeps going when the going gets tough. The F-100 is available in two body shell colour soon.

Schumacher welcome back Tom Cockerill

Schumacher Racing welcome back Tom Cockerill to their race team. Tom is well known inside and outside Schumacher Racing, as a previous employee, BRCA UK Champion with Schumacher cars and Worlds and Euros A-finalist. Tom will compete at major UK races and also make international appearances from time to time and he had the following to say:

I’d like to thank Robin, Muz, and Trish for the opportunity to return home to Schumacher for the 2020 season and beyond. I’m looking forward to working with the team from the other side of the fence, and helping improve the team and products where I can.

2019/20 XRS PLMS Poland – Announcement

Xray have announced the XRS PLMS Poland series for the 2019/20 indoor season. Kicking off on the 12th of October and having their final round on the 21rd of March, the series will be held in Touring Modified, Touring 13.5T Stock as well as Formula 21.5T classes using Hudy tyres, additives and also XRS motors for the Stock classes. CS Electronic Rocket V5.1 220A brushless ESC

CS Electronic from Germany have introduced their new Rocket V5.1 220A speed controller for 1/10th scale applications. Developed especially for competitive on-road and off-road racing, the V5.1 offers very smooth throttle control, reliability, performance and lots of safety features. New FETs allow for up to 220A of peak current while the new, smaller case improving heat dissipation while taking less space in crowded chassis environments. The new V5.4.1 firmware ensures best possible throttle and brake control and it offers both modified and blinky stock racing modes. Other features include 3rd-channel compatibility with certain Sanwa and Futaba transmitters and the controller is usable with both sensored and sensorless motors.
