Reckward Tuning Tourex buggy tires

Reckward Tuning from Germany have been in contact to let us know about their new line of 1/8th scale off-road tires, designed by their technical product designer Renato Vita. Set for a September release, these tires will be available in different profiles called X100,X200,X300 and X400 as well as in soft, medium and hard compounds. Available to buy seperately as rubber & insert foam together with special rims, later RT expect to release pre mounted versions as well as truggy tires by the end of the year.

Team Trion Car stands

Team Trion have released this pair of car stands to help with car preperation. Available in green, and featuring the Trion logo, the stands are available in 2 heights, a low version for touring car and also a taller version for off road cars. Supplied with foam strips for both the top and bottom of the stand, your car will not slide of the stand and the stand will not slide of your workbench.

HongNor X2 CRT lightweight chassis

HongNor have released this new lightweight chassis for their X2 CRT 1/8th scale truggy. CNC machined from 3mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it has been hard coated for extra durability. Thanks to the combination of materials used and the strategic machining the chassis plate is 50 grams lighter than the standard X2 chassis plate.

Werks Racing 3 chamber buggy pipe

Werks Racing have announced the release of it’s new 3 chamber buggy pipe system. Completely legal under the new EFRA rules and carrying the EFRA 3014 homologation number, it has been designed from the ground up to provide a strong, linear power band with the best possible fuel millage. The new 3014 pipe is made to resist dents and dings and was manufactured with material over 50% thicker than what was found in their 2013 pipe. They have also incorporated a machined brace on the stinger to minimize the likelihood of damage in what is easily the most vulnerable part of the pipe. Complete aluminium construction for the lightest possible weight and finished with a mirror polish to add a little bit of “bling” to your ride.

Yokomo RC10B4 Alu Hub carriers

Yokomo have released this pair of aluminium rear hub carriers for the Team Associated RC10B4 2wd buggy. Anodised blue, they come with 1 degree of toe in as standard for lower grip conditions, while for extra durability the wheel axle is mounted in a larger diameter outer bearing. Another update is that the upper camber link mount, which is now mounted from the top and can be adjusted through the use of shims which allows for quick and easy roll centre adjustment.

Losi RE10 Exhaust System

Losi have announced the release of this new RE10 exhaust system, complete with forward pointing pressure nipple, this new exhaust system provides extra clearance to keep the pressure line out of harm’s way. Losi Bearing & Clutch service boxes

New from Losi for use with their 8ight range of chassis’ are two new spares boxes. The first box contains a complete ball bearing set for all 8ight-based race and RTR models and comes in a reusable box. This boxed set includes all of the necessary bearings you need, and is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing individual bearings. Losi have also released a clutch rebuild and service set, which includes all the service and tuning parts necessary for rebuilding the 8ight and 8ight-T clutch in one box.
