Dash AI LCG competition speed controller

Arrowmax have introduced the new Dash AI LCG competition brushless speed controller for stock racing classes. With its 10.5T motor limit the ESC is usable for both blinky and open stock classes. The speedo is housed in a compact low-profile case with integrated dual colour heatsink for a low centre of gravity and it comes equipped with a 6V/7V 3A BEC system, TLAB function and an innovative feature that allows to switch the ABC terminals for cleaner wiring, ensuring the motor wires will not cross.

Avid roll out new B6.1 & YZ-2 optionals

Avid have announced the release of new option parts for the Team Associated B6.1 and Yokomo YZ-2 2WD off-road buggies. Coming for the B6.1 are the customisable Evo slipper and Stock direct drive sets that are designed to replace the standard slipper assembly. The customisable Evo slipper set allows to choose two spur gears of 69T to 87T in size and either the triple CPD pads, triple red pads, triple white pads or two white and two red pads – all depending on the chosen application. The Evo slipper scrubs nearly 5g or weight compared to the stock slipper assembly for improved acceleration and efficiency.

Infinity IF11 1/10th Formula car kit

Following months of extensive development and testing, Creation Model have announced the official release of the IF11 1/10th formula car. The latest addition to the Japanese company’s growing range of kit offerings, that now covers four different categories, the car’s hybrid monocoque chassis resembles that of a full-size racing car. Roche Rapide P10W Evo 235mm Pro10 pan car kit

Following a first teaser image Roche have released more details on their new Rapide P10W Evo 235mmm Pro10 pan car kit. The car utilises a new 3.0mm high-grade carbon fibre main chassis and lower pod plate and it features a new graphite front bumper, a new design 7075 aluminium front suspension plate as well as a new floating design carbon fibre servo mount. Included in the kit are also new black anodised steering turnbuckles, a new 7075 aluminium top plate with quick centre shock adjustment features as well as a new DVS-V2 centre big bore shock. Other updates include a are graphite top plate and 1-piece chassis brace, long side links and a new centre pivot brace as well as a redesigned alloy motor pod and rear pod plate. A new dual-screw clamping wheel hub rounds out the package.

Phat Bodies K2 micro truggy body shell

Phat Bodies from the UK have introduced their new K2 micro truggy body shell. The extended version of the ever popular Kaboom truggy body was developed for 225mm wheelbase trucks such as the LC Racing EMB-1 chassis and the Losi Mini 8ight-T. The lid was designed to be fitted with hook and loop tape, it is made of high-quality Lexan polycarbonate and it comes including a high downforce 165mm micro specific rear wing.

Norwegian Electric On-road Nationals – Report

The Norwegian National championship was held at Lorenskogs track just outside of Oslo. The race format saw five rounds of round by round qualifying followed by triple mains. In the Touring Modified class , that attracted 15 entries, it was clear that this would be a race between Nikolai Håheim, Oskar Fjeld and Geir Bjarte Terum, with the junior Mathias Nedrebø also being a challenger. Nikolai won qualification rounds one, two and three with Oskar taking the 4th and Mathias the 5th round. The grid for the finals was Nikolai, Oskar and Geir Bjarte, with Mathias sitting 5th.

Awesomatix roll out new chassis, suspension & diff parts

Awesomatix have introduced a range of new option parts for the A800X touring car. First up is the C01B-X-LA carbon lower deck that offers a slightly changed shape and four additional holes to allow the use of the new optional C04M1+9.0 front and C04M1+8.0 rear arms. The use of the longer arms will improve stability and grip of the car in virtually every track condition. Basically the car will be more easy in terms of handling and more consistent over the full runtime. The arms are available separately and also as a complete set including two front and two rear arms. All parts have already proven their performance at the recent EFRA Euros and by achieving multiple ETS A-mains this season.

Team C shock & diff stand

Team C Racing have introduced their new shock and diff stand constructed from carbon fibre and polycarbonate. The tool is usable for both 12mm and 16mm shock absorbers and three machined pockets allow to place 1/8th and 1/10th scale gear differentials during building, setup and maintenance. The stand is made of high-quality carbon fibre and clear polycarbonate for a low weight and cool looks.
