Xray pan car gear differential sets

Following a couple of teaser images Xray have finally introduced their all-new pan car gear differential sets for 1/10th and 1/12th on-road cars. The lightweight gear diff will increase on-power steering and traction especially in high to very high bite conditions while being virtually maintenance-free due to a complex sealing system. In addition the whole assembly is super efficient and smooth, which further improves the car’s overall performance. The diffs come as complete kits to replace the standard ball differentials, with no extra parts needed and they are available for Xray’s X12 1/12th pan cars, X10 200mm 1/10th kits as well as the X1 1/10th formula chassis.

Jean-Pierrick Sartel wins at French IC Buggy regional

The French Mini Auto Club Saint Quentinois held a regional 1/8th buggy race this past weekend and it was Xray’s Jean-Pierrick Sartel with the TQ after the qualifiers and the win in the 30-minute main final. TLR’s Jerome Sartel would end the day on the 2 spot from HB Racing’s Malcolm Roquet in 3rd.

Matsukura & Branson win at EFRA GP Series

The MRTM Lostallo track hosted the third round of the EFRA GP series this past weekend. In the premier 1/8th Nitro class Infinity’s Naoto Matsukura scored his first 1/8th class win after an amazingly fast and faultless drive and perfect tyre strategy. Infinity’s Dario Balestri came in 2nd some five seconds behind his Japanese teammate as Shepherd’s Simon Kurzbuch rounded out the top 3 podium result. Lamberto Collari and Jesse Davis, both for Infinity, came in 4th and 5th respectively. Overall in the championship it was Simon Kurzbuch with the title from Dario Balestri in 2nd.

Hofer & Kaufmann win at Swiss Buggy Nats Rd3

The third round of the Swiss Nitro Off-road Nationals was held at the MBCJ Courgenay track this past weekend. Team Associated’s Patrick Hofer would take the TQ in the Expert Nitro Buggy class and he also brought home the win in the 45-minute main final some ten seconds in front of HB Racing’s Jeremy Pittet as Kevin Zwahlen (HB Racing) ended the race two laps down in 3rd overall. Over in the hotly contested Amateur category it was Noah Kaufmann with the win in the half hour long A-main final a lap in front of Andi Siegrist and Sebastien Cuanoud in 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Arrowmax V3 tool bag

Arrowmax have introduced their new version 3 tool bag that sports an updated logo design to support their signature black-golden tool line. The bag helps to properly store and transport the tools thanks to a shock-absorbing composite layer and flexible loops inside. The bag comes without tools but is able to take 24 to 28 different tools and wrenches.

Mihelic & Kandelhart win at Austrian IC Track Nats Rd2

The second round of the Austrian Nitro On-road National Championship was held at the MAV Aigen Schlägl track this past weekend. In the premier 1/8th Nitro class it was ARC’s Nejc Mihelic with the TQ after the qualifiers and he would also come out fastest in the 45-minute main final, leaving the Shepherd duo of Gerhard Kandelhart and Andreas Giesa behind in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.

Steven Schöniger wins East German IC Buggy qualifier

After winning the third round two weeks ago, Steven Schöniger (Kyosho) took the top spot again at round four of the east region qualifying races for the German nationals held at the Roadrunner Club near Berlin. Steven performed flawless all weekend long and sent Philipp Guschl (Xray) and Johannes Klett (Mugen) to the remaining spots on the podium.

IGT8 12 degrees aluminium hub carriers

Coming from IGT8 and made for their 1/8th GT cars is a 12 degree aluminium hub carrier set. The items are machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and come red anodised to match the remainder of the alloy option parts. Using the steering knuckle carriers will improve on-power steering compared to the 10 degree carriers.
