Sweep has released its new Orbit 1:10 Offroad buggy rear tyre for outdoor oiled track or hard packed dirt track. Its new bar type patterns provide maximum forward bite with their all new M compound which improved longer lifespan and less ballooning on high speed. New M compounds are available in gold-M (ultra soft), yellow-M (super soft), Silver-M (soft), blue-M (medium).

New from VP-Pro are these RS-804 series of hard anodised aluminium pinion gears. Available in 15, 16 and 17 tooth options, these new style pinions are machined from 7075 aluminium and are intended for plastic spur gear use only.

American offroad bodyshell manufacturer Leadfinger Racing has added to their A2 Tactic line up with the aftermarket body specifically designed to fit the Sworkz S14-4C (Carpet Edition) 1:10 4WD buggy. Following the recent release of the new 4wd buggy, customers immediately requested a body from Leadfinger that could offer up great looks and unmatched performance. The new A2 Tactic body is a super low-profile design that is built for speed. The perfectly raked windshield contours seamlessly to the roof line that includes an optional vent to help to keep electronics cooler. Finished off with a rear fin and spoiler, this combination delivers the perfect balance for stability and performance. There is no more concern for front wings that break or fall off during hard crashes. This wing securely mounts onto the front shock tower using both bulkhead screws. Following on from their TLR RF3, British specialist buggy manufacturer Willspeed has opened pre-orders for the Team Associated B6.4 version of their beautifully machined conversion kit. Progressing on a successful 4 years since the incarnation of the RF2 conversion platform, utilising the same principles and philosophies now proven they have taken the design back to basics to keep the same integral properties but improve on further adjustability, tunability and durability resulting in an all new RF3 platform. The Willspeed RF3 conversion platform was designed and manufactured by engineers and racers alike for the true ultimate in performance on medium to high traction surfaces and this release is sure to be big for them with Team Associated’s 1:10 Buggy a benchmark chassis in 2WD racing. Jared Tebo has announced that 2023 will be his last year racing as a professional driver. One of the true stars of the sport enjoying a very lengthy reign as as one of the best offroad racers in the world, the American has said 2023 will be his ‘farewell tour’. The now 36 year old arrived on the RC scene at the age of 13 and since then has lived the ultimate dream of any young kid starting out in racing. Making the ‘tough decision’, he said he is ‘fully content’ with his racing career and feels that he has nothing else ‘left to prove’ but mentally he is not enjoying the mindset needed to race competitively at the elite level. Having had the opportunity to work with Jared for over half of his racing career, the first time being when he was Top Qualifier at the 2010 IFMAR 1:8 Offroad World Championship in Thailand, Red RC congratulations Jared on his racing achievements and would like to say thank you for all the racing entertainment over the years. We look forward to working with him in his future journey in the industry.

New from NathoBuilds products are are this Carbon Fibre Setup Board and 7.5deg Caster Inserts for Team Associated 1:10 Offroad chassis. Manufactured from 4mm thick 3K Twill Weave Gloss Carbon, the Setup board has been tested on a bunch of out door conditions to ensure that the boards will last years without tweaking and making sure the board stays flat. It also features chamfered edges to prevent the corners from chipping and comes with an included heavy-duty Corflute Travel/ Storage Box that fits perfectly into an Ogio Rig 9800 travel bag.
