Team Azarashi HD Magna rear buggy wing

Japanese brand Team Azarashi has introduced the new HD Magna rear buggy wing for 1/10th 2WD and 4WD buggies. Taking the standard Magna wing as a basis, the HD variant is made of 20 percent thicker polycarbonate material while also being wider, resulting in improved overall durability but also weight, the latter increasing body roll in corners which can be beneficial in lower grip conditions. The wing comes made from high-quality Lexan material and it fits most 2WD and 4WD buggies.

Raw Speed Rip Tide 1/10th buggy rear tyre

Coming from Raw Speed is the all-new Rip Tide 1/10th buggy rear tyre. Utilising an entirely new carcass to create a uniform contact patch as the vehicle’s chassis leans while cornering, the tyre also breaks in more quickly, getting on race pace earlier for big events. The bar-type tread also generates a lot of forward traction with plenty of side bite so racers can trust their car in every corner. The tyre comes including closed cell inserts and in clay, soft or super soft compound.

Yannick Aigoin wins French 1/8th Buggy Nats Rd2

The second round of the French 1/8th Off-road National Championship was held in Charmes-sur-Rhones over the weekend. TLR’s Renaud Savoya would come out on top after the five rounds of qualifying but it was Jerome Aigoin (Xray/Ultimate) who would start from pole position into the 45-minute main final. Due to smaller issues for both Renaud and Jerome it was Yannick Aigoin (Xray/Ultimate) who capitalised, taking the win one lap ahead of Jerome while Renaud (TLR/RC Concept) had to settle for third overall.
