Made for the X1 Formula car is the new 1-piece aluminium servo mount from Xray. CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminium and coming orange anodised the part improves the steering characteristics while eliminating unwanted tweak at the same time. The mount is a direct fit and designed to work with most low-profile servos.

Made from the same high-quality titanium material as their screws, ball ends and turnbuckles are T-Works’ new serrated wheel nuts. The Xray X-Race Italy was held last weekend in Bientina in several electric on-road classes. Good weather and a friendly yet competitive atmosphere and the attendance of some of the fastest Italian driver with guests from abroad made for a nice weekend of racing. In the Touring Car Modified class Portuguese frontrunner Bruno Coelho took the win from Xray’s own Martin Hudy. Alessio Mancini came in 3rd while Alessio Menicucci and Jan Ratheisky rounded out the top 5 result.

The Euro Nitro Series travels to Ettlingen in Germany this weekend (17-19 July) with Round 3 of the onroad nitro championship attracting an impressive 160 plus entries. The first time the ENS has visited the recently resurfaced track, it is Round 2 first time winners Simon Kurzbuch and Teemu Leino who head the high quality field. With no one yet marking their dominance on the second season of the high profile championship the opening rounds producing different Top Qualifiers and winners in both 1:8 and 1:10, this weekend is set to be no different as drivers and teams aim for the top step of the podium on Sunday evening.

Horizon Hobby have introduced the ECX Temper 1/18th scale 4WD RTR rock crawler. Featuring a 4-link setup the vehicle is basically a scaled-down 1/10th scale model and it sports a 2mm alloy chassis, locked front and rear differentials, metal pinion and main gear, waterproof electronics and a high-torque motor. Also included are a pre-designed bodyshell, grippy tyres, a 900mAh NiMH battery pack and a suitable charger along a 2.4GHz radio set.
