Round 4 of the Danish Electric On-road Nationals was held in Birkerod in north of Copenhagen last weekend with the drivers competing in Stock Open, Super Stock, Modified and Formula classes. The Open Stock category was well attended and it was Villiam Bülow with the overall TQ from Jorn Birkebaek in 2nd. The triple A-mains again saw Viliam out in front with Jorn on the runner-up spot. Dennis Hassing came in 3rd, Rasmus Poulsen in 4th and Michael Baungaard-Sorensen in 5th. With the win Villiam Bülow now also leads the U16 championship. Round 4 of the Danish Electric On-road Championship was hosted by the Birkerød Radio Control Club this past weekend, attracting nearly 80 entries. In the Formula class, that sees an increase in popularity again, it was Jesper Rasmussen with the overall TQ from Ole Strandlyst in 2nd. The Danish RC Kongen club held round 3 of their Winter Off-road Series last weekend in 2WD Modified, 4WD Modified and Sportsman classes. In 2WD Mod Buggy it was young Marcus Kaerup (Team Associated) with the overall TQ from Jonas Kaerup (Team Associated) in 2nd and Yokomo’s Frederik Hovgaard in 3rd. The opening round of the Danish DASU Electric On-road Nationals was held in Faxe last weekend. The track was a bit on the bumpy side due to not being used for over year which made finding the right setup a bit difficult. In the Touring Stock class it was Martin Vandborg with the win while Patrick Danielsen and Casper Lund came in 2nd and 3rd respectively for an all-Xray podium result. The opening round of the Danish DASU electric on-road nationals was held Faxe, Southern Zealand, Denmark this past weekend. In the Touring Super Stock class it was Awesomatix’s Frederik Broløs Mikkelsen with a clean sweep in the qualifiers, taking wins in all three rounds. Patrick Danielsen (Xray) came in 2nd from Casper Lund (Xray) in 3rd. The opening A-main then saw Patrick taking a narrow win by 0.3 seconds, however with wins in A2 and A3 Frederik was able to remain on the overall top spot from Patrick in 2nd and Casper in 3rd overall. Round 3 of the Danish Electric On-road Nationals were held at the Tinglev club this past weekend. The event saw 90 entries from Denmark and Germany and in the Touring Stock class it was Xray’s Patrick Folman with the overall TQ and also the win after the triple A-main events, leaving behind Tim Benson in 2nd and Awesomatix’ Steven M. Olsen in 3rd. The Fear Farm 2.0 race was held at the Nuno Arena in Denmark last weekend, attracting local drivers as well as guest from Germany and Norway. Considered to be the biggest race 1/8th off-road race on Danish soil for the 2019 season, the event was held in Nitro and Electric classes and in E-Buggy it was Xray’s Daniel Bubel with a clean sweep in the qualifiers to take the pole position for the A-mains.
