Sonic X.21 & X.21-FT on-road engines

Sonic X.21 & X.21-FT on-road engines

Sonic Nitro Engines has released the latest version of their successful .21 engine. After extensive tests in cooperation with some of the worlds fastest drivers the Sonic X.21 engines feature the latest long stroke design offering more low and mid range power while keeping the fuel economy on a very good level. While the timing was optimized to the 16% Nitro rules, the greatest innovation is the domed top of the piston. Equipped with a 7+2 sleeve with “teardrop” work and a lightened CNC machined piston made of high percentage silicone alloy the X.21 engines sport a balanced lightweight 14mm turbo crankshaft with silicone insert to lower the rotating mass and reduce inner turbulences while the optimized backplate in the “factory-tuned” version improves the fuel flow further more.

LRP introduce updated Pulsar Touch charger

LRP introduce updated Pulsar Touch charger

LRP’s popular Pulsar Touch DC charger received a small update in the form of a new UV light resistant case, updated discharge cut-off voltage settings and an additional EHR to XHR balancer adapter. The updated case will prevent the charger from becoming unsightly due to sun bleaching while the new cut-off values will prevent LiXX batteries from becoming deep discharged. The additional balancer adapter on the other hand improves the compatibility to all commonly used LiXX packs. Otherwise the charger, whose first version was released back in 2010, remains unchanged.
