Marek Cerny wins Open Stock class at LRP TCM

Marek Cerny wins Open Stock class at LRP TCM

This weekend’s LRP Touring Car Masters saw Xray’s Marek Cerny taking the win in the 10.5T Open Stock class. Marek Cerny found a blistering pace for the very last and deciding qualifier to take overall TQ in front of Oliver Franke (Awesomatix) and fellow Xray driver Jan Ratheisky in 3rd. Marek then went on to take a convincing win in A1 in front of Jan Ratheisky (Xray). In A2 however, Marek was slow off the line due to motor cogging, which handed the win to Franke. Marek made a strong comeback to win A3 and to take the overall win. Marek benefited from a coming together between Franke and Ratheisky. Oliver Franke finished second while Jan Ratheisky completed the podium. Steffen Leinburger (Awesomatix) and Bernhard Bopp (Yokomo) completed the top 5.
