Yeah Racing CC02 aluminium hi-clearance lower links

Yeah Racing have introduced their new aluminium hi-clearance lower links for the Tamiya CC02 trail truck. The links increase suspension efficiency, as opposed to the stock plastic links which might bend and create instability. The specially shaped links also give more clearance whilst tackling difficult terrain. The set includes four links for the front and rear suspension.

Bittydesign Vision D819RS buggy body shell

Continuing to expand their Vision buggy body shell line-up Bittydesign have released a version for the HB Racing D819RS buggy. The lid’s design will offer an easier to drive and more balanced feeling thanks to a mid-advanced cab, side pod and rear side flaps shape that optimises the aerodynamic characteristics. In addition a flap behind the engine area guides the air towards the rear wing for a smoother and more directed airflow around the shock tower and lower wing mount. The pre-cut body is moulded from high-quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate, it comes with window masks, overspray protective film and a decal sheet.

NathoBuilds YZ4 SF2 ball studs & RC8B3.2 screws

NathoBuilds have released their 5.5mm Broached Titanium ball stud kit for the new Yokomo YZ4 SF2. Made from Grade 5 Titanium they offer a 45% weight saving over the steel ball studs and have been designed and made with a taller neck for added strength. Also new for the Team Associated RC8B3.2 is a stainless steel screw kit made from Grade 316/ A4 stainless steel, which are durable and don’t rust. A screw guide comes with the pack for easy install.

Sergio Suarez wins at TTPRC Championship opener

The opening round of the TTPRC Championship was held in Lima, Peru after racing came to a halt for about five month due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. In the Nitro Buggy class it was Sergio Suarez, who started from 3rd on the grid, who took over the lead already after the first corner and from there he never looked back to take the win from Walter Donaire in 2nd. Sergio’s teammate, Fernando de los Ríos came in 3rd overall.

Slovakian EP Off-road Nationals Rd5 – Report

Round 5 of the Slovakian Electric Off-road Nationals was held in Dubnica nad Váhom last weekend. Due to the sunny weather the track dried out for the finals leaving it with a dusty, low-traction surface. In the 2WD Buggy class it was Adam Urban with the win from TQ holder, Roman Pavlus in 2nd and Michal Nagy in 3rd.

T-Works lightweight off-road clutch bells

Coming from T-Works are several new lightweight 1/8th off-road clutch bells in standard and long specification. Both clutch bell types are available in 13T and 14T specification with the vented design ensuring good cooling capabilities for long mains or when running in high ambient temperatures. The clutch bells come with laser-engraved markings for easy identification and they are usable with most of today‘s nitro off-road vehicles.

Xray XB2 & XB4 graphite composite long lower arms

Coming from Xray and made for their XB2 and XB4 2020 and higher kits are new longer graphite composite lower arms. The XB4 front lower long suspension arm is made from graphite material suitable for most track conditions. The arm features a redesigned geometry for improved handling, increased traction and improved handling on bumpy tracks while allowing for a greater range of adjustments. The front arm also features a mounting position for the optional front anti-roll bar and it is usable on both the left and right hand side of the car. The front arms are usable for the XB4’20 and higher.
