Robert Pietsch wins German South Rd3

Robert Pietsch continues to win in the South of Germany as the 3rd round of the regional championships took place last weekend in Rosenheim. Qualifying on Saturday and Sunday resulted in Robert Pietsch taking the TQ spot on his home track with Thomas Günsel in 2nd and Sebastian Feller in 3rd, all 3 drivers racing the Xray NT1. Sirio Power Clutch for NT1 & RRR

Sirio have released their new power clutch set that is suitable for use with the Xray NT1 and the Kyosho RRR range of 1/10th scale cars. The bell housing (above) is sold as part of the set and features cooling fins that allow the temperature of the clutch to stay low without the removal of material which could compromise strength, and reduce clutch shoe contact area. Michal Bok wins Rd2 of Czech Nats

Xray have a report from last weekends 2nd round of the Czech Nationals that were run on the small but technical Blansko track. In qualifying it was Martin KoÅ™Ãnek that took the top spot, heading an Xray NT1 lock out of the top 4 with Martin Bayer in 2nd, Michal Bok in 3rd and Martin Pater in 4th. In the race, after some confusion at the start, pole man KoÅ™Ãnek was the first retirement with engine trouble, which left Michal Bok to take the win from Martin Pater and Martin Bayer in 2nd and 3rd respectively. KM Racing Xray NT1 Options

Japan Hong Kong based KM Racing have released some great new performance parts for the new Xray NT1 200mm. First up is this high performance 2mm steel ventilated brake disk which provides excellent stopping power, even under the toughest of conditions, and which is also suitable for a wide range of other cars too. BRCA Touring Rubber and Truck class Rd3

…proofing and wet weather preparation enabled him to be the only Truck to go the full 30 minutes without a single engine cut. At the start of the Rubber class main final there was a nose to tail battle between Elite’s Joe Kerry driving his Mega powered Serpent 720 and Michael Balls Xray NT1, with Joe taking the upper hand and pulling out a lead. Wischnewski wins Rd1 in Central Germany

Last weekend saw the first round of the central German regionals run on the MSC Kirchhain track, near Marburg. Qualifying saw the pole position taken by Xray NT1 driver Dirk Wischnewski with team mates Andreas Schuch and Patrick Garbi lining up in 2nd and 3rd position on the grid for the main final. The start of the main final saw Dirk, and Mugen racer Alexander Mehl, pull away at the front until Dirk had a flame out dropping him down the order and allowing Mehl to take the lead.
