Exotek alloy LCG center chassis for SC10 4×4

Exotek have released this new machined alloy LCG center chassis for the SC10 4×4. The main complaints with the stock SC10 4×4 is that the truck has a high center of gravity that causes the truck to easily traction roll in high grip conditions, is too light which causes it to lose out in door banging when running against heavier trucks and does not feel as stable as the heavier Losi trucks. This new chassis adds over 5oz to your truck and mostly at the lowest part of the truck, the main chassis for a more sure footed, planted feel. Track testers are reporting a much smoother easier to drive truck that stays absolutely planted at high and low speeds and jumps and lands much more easily without the erratic feeling of the stock truck. Machined from 100% billet it has a hard anodized gun metal finish and laser etched Exotek logos. A stiffer center section will help eliminate the reports of the belt from coming off of the front pulley due to the flex of the stock chassis.

JConcepts SC10 4×4 over-tray

When racing or bashing on a loamy or top soil track surface the inside of the SC10 4×4 chassis can become loaded with dirt or debris which creates extra weight. With the JConcepts over-tray these worries are minimized with the simple and functional over-tray. Fitting nicely under the body it hugs the outside dimension of the SC10 4×4 chassis protecting the inside from unwanted excess dirt and debris build-up during racing conditions. The over-tray is built with extra height and rake to provide extra room for various electrical and battery configurations, while the back-side of the lovers can be cut out for air to escape.

RPM SC10 4×4 A-arms

RPM have produced An A-arm design for the Associated SC10 4×4 that can handle the roughest and toughest abuse and still come back for more. Since strength and durability were primary design considerations, they focused on common breakage areas for strength upgrades. Hinge pin and cross holes such as shock mounts and anti-sway bar holes have been beefed up for some much-needed muscle. The structure of the A-arms is also dramatically different than the stock design, which not only helps with the strength and sturdiness of the overall design, it also helps contribute to a stronger, less flexible design than the stock A-arms. All this strength and at a weight that is virtually identical to stock Associated A-arms.
