Xray XB4 Slipper Eliminator Set for One-Way Clutch

Xray has released this Slipper Eliminator Set for One-Way Slipper Clutch on its XB4 1:10 4WD Buggy.  The specially designed slipper eliminator set is intended for stock class racing, combining the efficiency of a solid axle on-power with the drivability benefits of a one-way system off-power.  The slipper eliminator completely removes the slipper effect on-power, delivering direct drivetrain connection for improved acceleration, sharper throttle response, and more consistent power delivery. Reduced drivetrain rotating mass further enhances efficiency and responsiveness, making the car more reactive under acceleration.  Off-power, the system retains the one-way bearing function, reducing front braking influence and helping to stabilize the car on corner entry, during jump landings, and under high-speed deceleration. This results in a calmer, more predictable handling feel, especially in technical track sections.  Precision CNC-machined from Premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and outdrives from Hudy Spring Steel, the set offers high strength, low weight, and long-term durability, making it an ideal solution for competitive stock class applications where efficiency and consistency are critical.

Schumacher CAT PB Optional Steering Arms

New from Schumacher for their CAT PB 1:10 4WD Buggy are these Optional Steering Arms.  Used by their factory race team at the World Championship and other International events, the CAT PB ‘2 pip’ Carbon Fibre Steering Arms offer a new Ackermann position which gives more initial steering and has smoother mid to exit steering.  This will help on tracks which require a less ‘tail happy CAT’ when exiting corners and allows the driver to lean on the steering without any snap oversteer.

Kyosho Inferno MP11e 1:8 Electric Buggy

Having shown a prototype of its 1:8 electric buggy at the Nuremberg Toy Fair in Germany at the end of January, Kyosho has officially released images & details of the production Inferno MP11e.  The latest-generation race chassis based on the nitro Inferno MP11 that debuted in 2025, is optimised to deliver top-level competitiveness in premier EP racing events, with the Japanese manufacturer stating that 1:8 electric buggy has gained global status highlighted by the inaugural IFMAR World Championship in 2025. where they competed with the previous MP10 platform.  Features of the MP11e include a dedicated electric chassis made from 3mm A7075 duralumin with hard anodising.  Precisely machined and milled in key areas to optimise weight distribution, controlled flex, stability, and overall rigidity.  Adopting aluminium front hub carriers with a 12°kingpin angle.  This design optimises steering geometry for increased stability at high speeds and refined drivability across all track conditions.  Engineered for maximum aerodynamic efficiency, the new body features newly designed side rails on the cab roof, side spoilers, and a refined rear spine design.  These elements deliver superior high-speed stability and enhanced cornering capabilities.  The front/rear lower suspension arms utilise the proven Inferno MP11 sturdy design. Rigidity can be further tuned using optional carbon plates, providing the versatility to adapt your setup to specific track conditions and layout requirements.  Adopting the latest MP11 standard front and rear bulkheads with a split type bearing holder design.  This enables quick differential height swaps for optimal grip tuning and delivers a major leap in maintenance efficiency.  Designed with a low centre of gravity and user-friendly gear mesh adjustment, the differential height is easily tunable by swapping bearing bushings, offering three distinct height settings.  Easy diff access design with dedicated wire holders for neat and reliable cable routing. Features a straight-line drivetrain design that ensures highly efficient power transmission.  Split left-right battery layout lowers the centre of gravity and optimises weight balance.  Adjustable sliding battery tray supports short and mid-size batteries and allows fine tuning of weight distribution.  The receiver is housed in a sealed dust-resistant box with a screw-fastened lid for protection while the ESC is mounted on a separate radio plate with adjustable fore-aft positioning for weight balance tuning.
