Leadfinger XB8 V2 Beretta Body

A bodyshell that proved popular at the recent Asian Buggy Championships season opener in New Zealand, Leadfinger Racing has released its V2 Beretta for the Xray XB8 nitro and electric buggies. The V2 Beretta body is a design concept that combines Leadfinger’s previous Assassin, A2.1 Tactic and Berretta body features. The modern combination complements both hard and soft lines that provide perfect overall balance under multi surface track testing. Produced by Leadfinger Racing in the USA, the body is sold clear wiith window masks for painting and official LFR logo stickers.

Schumacher 2WD V4 Ball Diff

Schumacher has released a new V4 ball diff intended for its range of LD3 to Laydown 2WD models. Designed for performance, durability and convenience, with its new optimised steel plates, a new internal spring, a highly stable diff gear, and a large bearing design it gives you a truly professional ball diff for your 2WD buggy. The British manufacturer’s race team has driven the development of this high quality diff with an external adjustment screw which means you can adjust the diff tension without disconnecting a single part of the car. So gone are the days where you cannot adjust the diff quickly just before your run starts. The Ground diff plates made from high quality bearing steel are mounted to our new diff halves which have been especially ground for improved flatness on the crucial surfaces.

Xray Diff Bevel & Satellite Gears with O-Rings

Xray has introduced this new Diff Bevel & Satellite Gears with O-Rings set that is suitable for its 1:10 Offroad platforms and its NT1 1:10 Nitro Touring Car. The redesigned diff bevel & satellite gears feature a groove for O-rings which creates a self-locking effect of the diff which improves the forward traction. Fitting the XB2, XT2, SCX, XB4, XT4 and NT1, the set is srecommended for higher traction tracks and is also claimed to offer improved consistency.

Made from high-quality material, they feature a lightweight and durable design. Avid 13mm Precision Carpet Springs

New from Avid Racing Concepts comes their 13mm Precision Carpet Springs specifically designed for offroad carpet racing. The new springs have stiffer rates and shorter lengths so you can get to your low ride heights easily. Made from raw, uncoated ASTM-spec spring wire for consistency and factory-like polish potential. The springs are left raw so the spring rate and action of the spring is not compromised from any extra chemical processes, just like our truly infamous springs that we released in 2013! Measuring 40mm front and 56mm rear, allowing ultra-low ride heights, the springs are available individually or as complete sets. The Front springs are intentionally short and can’t be accurately tested at 1″ compression due to coil bind. Modern cars run under 23mm stroke in the front, which aligns with our design to push the spring right to very edge but not go over it. Each batch is labeled with the average spring rate (lb/in) after passing in-house testing using a precision $3k Chatillon digital spring rate tester. For easy identification they are laser etched on the side of one of the wire ends: large dash = 5 dots, small dash = 1 dot.

ProStar RC Tekno ceramic coated Magnesium Bulkheads

American based ProStar RC has released these Ceramic Coated Blue Magnesium Front & Rear Bulkheads intended for Tekno 1:10 Offroad platforms. Suitable for use on the SC410SL, ET410, EB410 & .2, and the SC2410T Short Course Conversion by ProStar RC, these latest bulkheads are the next generation upgrade to their successful 7075 Gold Anodized Aluminium Bulkheads. Magnesium Alloy offer comparable strength to 7075-T6 but is 30% lighter. Feature an ultra-lightweight design they are just 28 grams which is 15 grams lighter than V1 aluminium and 35 grams lighter than stock. The Signature Blue Ceramic Coating is heat-resistant, and corrosion-proof and they are finished with Laser-engraved ProStar Logo.

XB2 Willspeed 13mm Spring Cup Set

1:10 Offroad conversion kit and after market parts specialists Willspeed has released this 13mm Spring Cup Set for utilising their own 13mm Spring range on the Xray XB2’25 1:10 2WD Buggy. These are designed to a custom offset to allow for lower ride heights on the XB2’25 model with using Willspeed 13mm or AE 13mm springs. Manufactured by MJF in PA12 Nylon, they are completed in a black polyshot finish with Willspeed text logo around base with a set including 2 front spring cups and 2 rear spring cups.

Team Corally SBX-825 1:8 Competition eBuggy

Belgium company Team Corally, once known for their competition level onroad kits, has just released a new competition spec 1:8 eBuggy called the SBX-825. Designed in Belgium, they say the SBX-825 represents the pinnacle of European engineering and innovation. Tested rigorously by French racer Thomas Musso, the SBX-825 claims to offer the first time ever the option to choose between two chassis options: the revolutionary molded carbon chassis, the first of its kind on the market, or the durable and proven standard aluminium chassis. Both options are tailored to meet the needs of elite racers. The carbon fiber option is a first in 1:8 scale racing, featuring angled kickups in the front and sides for improved aerodynamics and precision handling. Lightweight yet incredibly rigid, it excels on technical tracks where agility and responsiveness are key. Another feature of the SBX-825 is the robust Flex Bracing System designed for both stability and adaptability. It includes two sturdy aluminium braces at the front and rear, providing a solid foundation for precise handling and durability.
