Mugen Seiki MSB1 Optional Shock Towers | Inverted Rear Shock Mount Set

Mugen Seiki has released some suspension optionals for its MSB1 1:10 2WD Electric Buggy in the form of +2 Front and Rear carbon shock towers and an Inverted Rear Shock Mount Set.  To enhance adjustability on their -4mm chassis, additional outer mounting holes have been incorporated alongside the conventional positions, enabling a wider range of suspension settings both front and rear.  Furthermore with the rear tower, while the baseline wing position is retained at the conventional upper hole, the addition of two higher mounting positions and one extra hole significantly improves overall stability.  On low-grip surfaces, positioning the wing at the highest setting provides enhanced traction.  These features allow the vehicle to adapt to a wide variety of track conditions and deliver handling characteristics that respond precisely to driver inputs.  The Inverted Rear Shock Mount Set helps lower the centre of gravity significantly enhancing cornering performance on high-grip surfaces and enabling sharper, more stable transitions.  In addition, this setup improves chassis attitude control during jumps on carpet tracks, resulting in more precise and responsive handling.

Avid 22X Triad Slipper | Direct Drive

Avid has released a new Triad Evo Slipper, and Triad Direct Drive, for the Team Losi Racing X22 1:10 4WD Buggy platform.  The Triad Evo Slipper fits the 22X lineup and has several advantages over the current slipper offerings.  The design allows the clutch to transmit power, yet it still maintains a degree of slip without overheating.  They offer four pre-configured kits and one customisable kit in order to better suit racers needs.  Pre-configured kits of Mod (81/84), 17.5 (69/72), 21.5 (66/69), and UK (78/81) spurs with Avid CPD slipper pads are avsailable. Their customisable Triad Evo allows you to choose which two spurs and even allows you to choose which pad configuration you would like.  The Triad Direct Drive for the 22X allows stock racers to remove the entire clutch assembly for conditions where the driver feels having less rotating mass and zero slip except from the differential is beneficial.  This system is the lightest direct drive unit available today coming in at 6.45g with a 72t (2.62g with no spur).

Ultimate Racing MBX8R Front Hub Carrier Arm Mounts

New from Spanish Modelix Racing brand Ultimate Racing comes these new Front Hub Carrier Arm Mounts for the Mugen Seiki MBX8R 1:8 Buggy.  Designed and rigorously tested by the Kilic brothers, they offer a performance overhaul for your buggy or truggy.  By allowing a 4mm reduction in bumpsteer, these mounts provide a more linear steering feel whether you’re pinned on the throttle or heavy on the brakes. Made from 7075 Aluminium with a high-resistance anodised finish in sleek grey, key benefits of the mounts are better response through increased steering under braking (compression).  Custom tuning is achieved via 3 link positions to replace and outperform Mugen E2153 & E2168.  In terms of tuning the inner position gives maximum turn-in for low-grip tracks while the outer position tames the car for high-grip, high-speed tracks.
