Team Associated Rival 1/18th scale RTR monster truck

The latest in the line of Team Associated’s 1/18th scale “re-releases” is the Rival 1:18 4WD monster truck. Just like its cousins the Reflex 1:18 and Apex 1:18, the Rival monster truck comes complete with a transmitter, motor, battery, and charger. All that is needed to do is charge the included battery pack and add four AA batteries to get them running. The Rival features chrome wheels with aggressive, terrain-defying monster truck tyres and an inline-mounted “Super 370” high-performance motor. The truck is available in two different bodyshell designs and it hits the stores very soon.

Arrowmax 6200mAh 11.1V LiPo battery pack

Coming from Arrowmax is the new 6200mAh 11.1V 3S LiPo battery pack. Built from high-capacity 6200mAh cells with a 55C/110C rating the hardcase battery measures 139x47x37mm and it comes pre-wired with a T-plug battery connector and a standard balancer port. The battery is ideal for modern day monster trucks as well as 1/8th “Lite” E-buggies and also 1/8th on-road vehicles.

Axial Jeep Cherokee body & aluminium upgrades

Axial have introduced the 2000 Jeep Cherokee bodyshell as well as several aluminium option parts for AR60 axles, and shock option parts. Starting with the bodyshell, the replica of the 2000 Jeep Cherokee resembles one of the most iconic SUVs on the market and it comes made from clear .040 polycarbonate material. A variety of decals are included allowing to customise the look of the XJ. The decals are precut and also included are window masks for easy painting. The moulded front grill assembly makes for quick work when installing an optional LED light assembly and coupled with the included headlight and turn signal lenses gives that extra bit of detail. Main head light buckets are designed for 5mm LED bulbs while the turn signal buckets are designed for 3mm LED bulbs.

Team Associated Reflex 1:18 4WD off-road buggy

Team Associated have introduced the Reflex 1/18th scale 4WD ready-to-run off-road buggy. The former RC18 received a bodyshell with a new paint scheme but otherwise relies on proven features such as white spoked wheels, the XP radio system , fluid-filled shocks, and an inline mounted Super 370 high performance motor. A 6-cell battery and wall charger are also included with the buggy being available with a black or white livery.

Diggity Designs B6 Performance Line CF options

Coming from Diggity Designs is the Performance Line range of carbon fibre option parts for the Team Associated B6 series of buggies. All products are machined from US-sourced quasi carbon fibre material and the range includes 2.5mm battery straps, 2.5mm steering knuckle arms, as well as 4mm straight and gull wing arms front shock towers and also 4mm standard and long-type rear shock towers.

JConcepts B6 series Aero front wings

Coming from JConcepts and made for Team Associated’s 6th generation buggies are a total of four front wing options. Mounted above the front shock tower on the B6 series of vehicles, the Aero front wing mounts in clean air and is quite easy to trim, use and test without sacrificing all important track time. Available in two widths, the driver can choose either the narrow for a lighter feel or wide for heavier down force. The Aero wing features a high-attack design with trim-able rear gurney options and a radical, edgy design which functions and compliments the Finnisher and Silencer body design. Cut lines are included for easy trimming while triple wing mount dimples are included for a bolt-on fit. The leading centre section of the wing has been formed into a unique V-shape to perfectly outline the front shock tower geometry. The wings are available for the flat and gullwing front shocktowers, making it four options to choose from.

MIP Ten-SCTE 17mm standard offset hex adapter kit

Following the introduction of the +3mm offset 17mm hex adapter kit for the TLR Ten-SCTE range of short course trucks MIP now also release a standard offset variant. The kit allows to mount 1/8th scale wheels on TLR’s 4WD short course truck in order to increase the range of possible wheel and tyre combinations especially for bashers and also outlaw racing classes. The hex adapters are machined from high-quality aluminium, they are a direct fit on all SCTE platforms and they come with suitable mounting hardware and blue anodised 17mm wheel nuts.

Arrowmax 2400mAh LiPo TX/RX battery pack

Arrowmax have introduced their new 2400mAh 7.4V LiPo battery pack for transmitter and receiver applications. Measuring 86x19x17mm the straight-style battery is usable with many on-road and off-road cars, buggies and trucks while also fitting a range of transmitters. The battery comes pre-wired with a Futaba-compatible connector and a standard balancer plug for secure charging and discharging.
