Yeah Racing introduce a 2 in 1 ride height and droop gauge for the use with 1/12th and 1/10th on-road chassis. The gauge is designed to measure the chassis’ ride height from 3.6mm to 8mm in 0.2mm increments and the suspension droop from 2mm to 9.2mm. The tool machined from aluminium and is available in black or blue colour.

Hiro Seiko introduce new lightweight screw kits for Xray, Tamiya, Hot Bodies and Yokomo touring cars. Available are aluminium and titanium combo as well as pure titanium sets that are made to lower the overall weight of the chassis while creating cool looks and give added rigidity. Available for the Xray T4, Tamiya TRF415 V5, Hot Bodies TCXX and Yokomo BD7 the aluminium and titan combo sets save between 17 and 28g with the Ti only sets saving you 12 to 20g.

Matrix have introduced their newly designed Xtreme rim for 1/8 featuring new plastics following a year and a half research with a large European plastics company. The new design offers higher cornering speeds and lots of rear stability and will be available in three different types, normal (white plastic), carbon (with carbon) and a lightweight version. The light version uses a modified nylon which has a mass less than the polypropylene used by other manufacturers, the benefits of which is weight, these rims being the lightest on the market but with the same strength as the normal nylon rim. The weight of one set of 1/8 rims is only 62 grams. matrix will soon produce 1/10 rims with this special plastic.

Roche have introduced new heavy duty spool cups for the Xray T4/T3. The spool cups are made from Roche heavy duty spring steel material for more durability and are machined to reduce weight and rotating mass. Mounting directly to the original Xray front shaft the spool cups have been tested by factory driver Surikarn at this year’s TITC and he was very satisfied with the quality of the products.

VBC Racing introduce the FF Twelve belt-driven front wheel drive car. The kit features a 2.5mm carbon fibre chassis with 2.0mm upper deck, 3.5mm shock mounts and improved chassis flex for improved corner speed, traction and stability. It also features the innovative belt drive transmission with 2.4375 internal ratio, 7075-T6 hard coated belt pulleys and repositioned motor mount. The transmission case is designed to also hold Tamiya FF03 gear internals while the aluminium front bumper support allows for better motor cooling due to an airflow design.
