Rinderknecht & Vanderbeek sweep Summer Series Rd3

Round three of the Team Associated Summer Series at the Plex in Omaha, Nebraska, opened with some deja vu. Much like round two, 170 racers from Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota were on hand to battle it out for the top steps of the podium and a chance to advance in the points standings. Alex Vanderbeek and Tom Rinderknecht once again took victories in all three of the premier Modified classes. Tom started from pole position in Mod 4WD, and took a big win over the field. Alex Vanderbeek got the TQ in both Mod Buggy and Mod Truck, earning that valuable extra TQ point. He went on to take convincing wire-to-wire wins in both classes.
