Hot Bodies Cyclone D4 Sport?

More teaser shots from Hot Bodies, but this time its from Japan and is relating to a new 4wd electric buggy. Set to be unveiled at this weeks Shizuoka Hobby Fair in Japan, the new car is based on the current Cyclone D4 and is said to be a sport version, hinting at the use of cheaper materials to replace the full carbon chassis, upper deck and shock towers etc. More will be revealed this week.

Xray XB808 Alu Suspensions brackets

Xray have released these aluminium front lower suspension holders for the XB808, that have been CNC-machined from 7mm premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and hard coated for extra durability and long life. Xray Integrated Suspension Settings gives adjustable front roll centre geometry in a range of 2mm (-1mm, 0mm, +1mm), and new reinforced bushings (included) have 1° and 0.5° eccentricity for front kick-up adjustment. Super-fine adjustments can be made by increments of 0.5°. The set also includes heavy-duty suspension pivot pins that have been heat treated for increased strength.

K-Factory MRX-4 Dual Brake System

Designed for the Mugen MRX-4 1/8 scale on-road car, K-Factory have released this new dual brake system. Said to offer fade-free performance and double the stopping power and control than standard versions, the system is designed to release the brake rotors on demand with no rubbing, warping or friction to slow you down. The set uses the same brake pad material as on real cars and is pre glued, harder, more durable and provides consistent braking power.

Hot Bodies DB Buggy preview

It seems that Hot Bodies are very close to releasing the follow up to their Lightning 2 Pro, with the release of some teaser information on their all new D8. Scheduled to be announced at this weeks Shizuoka Hobby show, little more is currently know about the car but rumor has it that their website will contain further information, along with pictures, very soon.

Inferno GT Custom Foam bumpers

Kyosho America now offers custom foam bumpers for the Inferno GT and are specially cut to fit the contours of the two most popular bodies, the Aston Martin DBR9 and the Ferrari F430. The high-density foam bumper replaces the smaller stock unit for additional chassis protection, and it better supports the nose of the detailed bodies, preventing vibration and scraping against the ground. These custom bumpers simply bolt in place of the stock bumper and are a must-have for any IGT enthusiast.
