Reds Racing M7R Racer on-road engine

Reds Racing have introduced the all-new M7R .21 7-port M-Series nitro on-road engine. The XL long stroke powerhouse is of a lightweight design and it features Japan-made front and Swiss-made rear bearings, a flat piston design for additional low-end power, a lightweight backplate, as well as a lightweight cooling system. The 7-port design with a new timing makes for high bottom end torque, great power and a low fuel consumption. Part of the package is also a silicone-filled crankshaft, a Japanese TS7 glowplug for easy tuning and reliable starting and to ensure the highest possible quality each engine is hand-assembled by Reds Racing’s own Mario Rossi.

F.T. Line hand-tuned 1/8th on-road engine

F.T. Line have introduced their new 1/8th scale nitro on-road engine. The hand-tuned, hand-built, checked and numbered high-end competition engine is equipped with a Swiss-made ceramic rear and steel front bearing and it comes with a certificate of authenticity that includes the serial number of the engine beside other information.

Murnan Modified M12 nitro engine

Murnan Modified have introduced the M12 2.1cc nitro on-road engine, the company’s most powerful .12 engine to date. Using Novarossi parts as the base the engine is modified in a way to deliver an extreme amount of torque throughout the entire powerband while being durable and easy to tune at the same time. The engine also has an exceptional mileage, as it was tuned to easily finish 5 minutes with fuel to spare.

Orcan RS3-MH CR Alexander Hagberg Edition

Available now and limited to 25 units in total is SMI Motorsport’s Orcan RS3-MH CR Alexander Hagberg Edition 2.1cc nitro engine. The Novarossi-based 3-port engine comes hand-tuned for optimised performance and with a special Cesare Rossi engraving on the cooling head to honour the legendary Italian engine builder. Included in the Alexander Hagberg Edition set is also an Orcan 2654 exhaust with Alexander Hagberg engraving and S+ manifold, an Orcan Push Box, an Orcan XL transportation bag as well as a special edition Orcan T-shirt.

Tesla 9-port V3 Black limited edition engine

Coming from Capricorn is the Tesla 9-port V3 Black limited edition engine. The updated 3.5cc engine not only sports a black anodised aluminium heatsink with silver machining but also an extra-strong conrod, a newly designed piston and liner and it also offers a new crankshaft and crankcase timing. The limited edition package is rounded out by a front steel and rear ceramic bearing.

Modelix introduce ceramic bearing .21 engines

Spanish company Modelix have introduced their new range of Ultimate .21 off-road engines with high-quality ceramic bearings. First up is the M-4R, the company’s most powerful engine, with linear power at both low and high RPM. The second new engine is the M-5, a linear engine with excellent bottom end power, making it ideal for 1/8th buggies and truggies alike. Last but not least comes the M-8 long-stroke engine with good power in both the low and high RPM range. All three utilise the new Super Speed Series ceramic ball races that make for a lower engine weight while offering improved corrosion and wear resistance along reduced friction and vibration.

ProjectRC INS-Box & airfilter

ProjectRC have introduced their new INS-Box for 1/10th and 1/8th on-road cars. The EFRA approved box features a special airfilter element designed to ProjectRC’s specifications that offers improved airflow, boosting the engine’s performance without affecting engine life. The box, including airfilter, is available in a black or clear variant and the filters are additionally available as convenient 3-piece packs.

New Nitrolux off-road & on-road fuel range

Modelix from Spain have updated their Nitrolux fuel range to meet with the new regulations and market requirements. Available are special off-road blends containing 10, 16 and 25 percent nitro as well as 16 and 25 percent nitro on-road specific fuels. All are available in updated plastic cans with child security caps and in sizes of one, two and five litres, depending on the blend.
