Xray XT2 1/10th 2WD racing truck kit

Xray have introduced the XT2 1/10th 2WD racing truck kit. The vehicle is based off of the popular XB2 2WD buggy but it sports some purpose designed features specially aimed at the competitive truck racing class. To make for a sturdy base the XT2 comes with a hard-coated 2mm 7075 aluminium main chassis plate with the composite side guards offering Xray’s Multi-Flex technology to adapt the overall chassis stiffness to the track conditions. The battery mount allows for several battery and electronic layouts including saddle and shorty packs and the use of standard or low-profile steering servos. Optional upper decks and lower chassis braces in medium and hard compound allow to further adjust the chassis flex to your liking.

RDRP B6 carbon fibre steering stiffener

Coming from Revolution Design Racing Products and made for the Team Associated B6 series of 1/10th scale 2WD buggies is the a carbon fibre steering stiffener plate. The brace replaces the standard composite plastic part for a more sturdy and cooler looking item that not only adds visual impact but it also improves the overall stiffness of the steering assembly for increased steering authority in medium to very high bite surfaces. The steering stiffener is a direct replacement and it fits both the B6 and B6D.

Xtreme Racing DX6R carbon fibre handle

Xtreme Racing have introduced a carbon fibre handle for the Spektrum DX6R transmitter. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre the part is designed to replace the standard plastic part and it will work with either left or right hand setups.

Xray tease 1/8th nitro GT car

Xray have released a first teaser image of their forthcoming 1/8th nitro GT kit. The GT or Rally Game class, as it is called in their south European birth countries, attracts more and more companies to convert their nitro buggies into tarmac-eating on-road machines with Xray being the latest to hit the stage. T-Works 25-35mm off-road ride height gauge

T-Works have introduced their new off-road ride height gauge. The tool is machined from aluminium and it comes in a black and golden anodising. The design offers an adjustment range of 25mm up to 35mm and using the gauge is pretty simple; just choose the required ground clearance, slide the tool under the chassis and adjust the spring pre-load as needed.

Yeah Racing Sprint 2 Big Angle Steering kit

Yeah Racing have introduced the Big Angle Steering kit for the HPI Racing Sprint 2 touring car. Machined from high-quality aluminium and coming orange anodised, the steering bellcranks allow for huge steering throw as it is needed with RWD drift cars. Also included in the set are miscellaneous parts such as bolts, shims, links and ball cups.

T-Works 748 titanium turnbuckles & screw sets

Coming from T-Works and made for Serpent’s 748 line of vehicles including the WC, TQ and E are several turnbuckle and screw sets. Starting with the turnbuckles, available now are a hybrid aluminium and titanium turnbuckle kit that is made up using titanium links and aluminium hex segments. The parts offer a lower weight compared to the standard spring steel links and they also add visual impact thanks to their orange anodised alloy hexes. Also new are a set of 64-grade all-titanium links, a 137-piece set of 64-grade UFO head titanium screws for the WC edition kit and also a 145-piece set of gold-plated steel screws, again for the WC kit.

Vigor RC XB2 carbon fibre chassis & battery brace

Coming from Vigor RC and made for Xray’s XB2 ’16 and ’17 are a carbon fibre chassis and a battery brace. Starting with the chassis, the part is machined from high-quality 2.5mm carbon fibre and it is designed to replace the standard aluminium chassis. The lightweight material saves about 30 percent of weight with the carbon fibre chassis weighing in at about 86g. It fits the carpet and dirt edition kits, allows the use of several battery positions and it includes a protective chassis skin and mounting hardware.
