Scorpion RR-3420 ROAR-spec 13.5T brushless motor

Following the a 10.5T version Scorpion now also introduced a 13.5T variant of their all-new RR-3420 ROAR-spec brushless motor. Designed using a black anodised aluminium high-airflow can and a 12.5mm high-torque rotor the spec racing motor is made for competition use and it currently awaits ROAR approval. Apart from being of 13.5T specifications the motor sports the same features as the faster 10.5T variant with a screw-type rotor surface for cooling, high-grade silicon steel stator material and high-purity copper wires.

Trinity introduce new charge cables & B6 options

Coming from Trinity is a range of balance charge cables and option parts for the Team Associated B6-series of buggies. Starting with the Pro Hi-Amp charge cables, they are available in a short 12 inch, 30cm variant with white sleeve and also as longer 24 inch, 60cm harness with green sleeve. Both are of an updated design with with battery-side wires splitting further back for more flexibility. The cables come pre-wired using high-temp solder, 5mm battery and 4mm bullet-type charger connectors.

Radtec X1 low-friction suspension ball & kingpin set

Radtec have introduced a new set of hard-coated aluminium suspension balls and titanium-coated kingpins for the Xray X1 formula car. The set includes eight aluminium suspension balls that lower the car’s weight while the hard-coating makes for a smooth and durable surface. The titanium-coated stainless steel kingpins add to the assembly by providing a smooth, low-friction surface, further upping overall suspension performance.

Serpent Cobra GT yellow clutch shoes

Coming from Serpent and designed for the use with the Cobra GT 1/8th on-road car are new yellow clutch shoes. Usable with the standard steel and also the recently introduced nickel-plated alloy clutch bell, the shoes offer improved bottom end punch that can be further increased by using the alloy clutch bell. For fine-tuning purposes the yellow clutch shoes can be mixed with the standard carbon and also the optional aluminium shoes. While designed for the GT car with 4-shoe clutch, the yellow shoes are also good for the use in buggy and truggy applications.

Arrowmax black & gold aluminium multi case

Arrowmax have announced the release of their new black and gold colour multi case. Made from high-quality aluminium and coming with a black anodised finish with gold-colour edges, the parts tray is of a multi-functional design as it not only offers three compartments for small parts but also gauges to measure the diameter and length of metric and imperial fasteners while also sporting a total of four milled out sections to hold 4mm and 5mm bullet type connectors during soldering.

RC-Cox BD7-2016 17T alloy centre pulley set

RC-Cox have introduced a 17T centre pulley set for the Yokomo BD7-2016 touring car. Being of an updated design compared to the stock pulley assembly the parts make for improved spur gear fixing, doing away with main gear wobbling at high RPM. On top of this the CNC-machined pulleys offer great precision, making for an efficient drivetrain able to supply greater torque loads. The pulleys and spur gear mounts are machined from 6061 aluminium with the pulleys sporting a hard-anodised surface while the spur gear mount comes black anodised. Included come four main gear mounting screws and two shims.

T-Works Mi6 teflon shock shaft guides

Coming from T-Works and made for the Schumacher Mi6 touring car is a set of teflon shock shaft guides. The 24-piece set is made from white high-quality material that greatly decreases friction, resulting in improved shock smoothness and performance. Yokomo YR-10 hard chassis, arm collars & RP rotors

Yokomo have introduced a truck load of new parts for the YR-10 formula kit as well as optional rotors for the Racing Performer brushless motors. Starting with the YR-10 options, first up is a hard graphite main chassis plate. Featuring the same design and thickness as the original chassis the part is made from much harder carbon fibre, making for decreased flex and thus improved handling on high-bite surfaces. The chassis is a direct replacement and usable on both carpet and asphalt tracks.
