Exotek DEX210v2 carbon fibre main chassis

Exotek Racing introduce a carbon fibre main chassis plate for the Team Durango DEX210v2 2WD buggy. Made from 2.5mm USA-made material the chassis scrubs 35g of weight, it is of a heavy duty design and usable with both mid and rear motor converted vehicles. The lighter weight makes for a more nimble response and with slightly more flex than the alloy chassis it also increases overall grip, making it ideal for spec class racing. Included is also a 7075 alloy nose plate for longer wear and extra strength at the chassis bend while machined pockets at the rear of the chassis allows the use of LRC option suspension hangers.

Hiro Seiko BD7-2015 lightweight screw kits

Hiro Seiko introduce two new lightweight screw kits for the Yokomo BD7-2015 touring car. Coming as all-titanium or mixed aluminium and titanium set, both are made to significantly reduce the weight of the car with the titan set scrubbing around 13g of weight while the mixed set saves around 18g.

Radtec aluminium wing washer sets

New from Radtec come aluminium wing washer sets for 1/10th touring cars and buggies. The sets include a pair of lightweight washers, 3x8mm flathead titanium screws and M3 locknuts to securely mount the wings to TC bodies or the wing stays of a range of buggies. The large diameter washers prevent the wings from excessive bending under high loads to make for improved aerodynamic efficiency. The machined washers are available in five different colours including red, orange, blue, light blue and black.

New Pro-Line merchandise

Pro-Line have new merchandise available in the form of a World Championship T-shirt, the Legacy trucker Snapback hat, printed micro fibre towels, and several new sticker sets. Starting with the T-shirt, it is made to celebrate Pro-Line’s 12 World Championship titles and it was first seen at the World Championships in Italy. The blue T-shirt features a soccer inspired Italian theme with a Stars and Stripes shield on the front and Worlds Team emblazoned on the back. The shirt is available in adult S to XXL sizes.

Pro-Line 1/8th Trifecta lexan wing pack

Debuting at the recent IFMAR 1/8th Nitro World Championships in Italy with World Championship results, Pro-Line’s 1/8th Trifecta lexan wing is destined to give drivers another setup and fine-tuning option. From the mind of World Champion and Pro-Line team driver Ty Tessmann, the wing brings a huge amount of weight savings to the highest part of the buggy and massively lowers the car’s centre of gravity. This results in faster corner speeds and reduces the chance of traction rolling when faced with high-bite track conditions. The wing design follows the tradition set by the 1/10th buggy wing and features 3 strengthening ribs and 3 dimples that hang down on each side creating a “golf ball aerodynamic effect” under the wing for added down force and reduced high speed drag.

New from JConcepts comes a chassis protective film set for Team Associated’s RC10 vintage buggy. For years, drivers have hand-cut and custom fit their chassis with a clear material to protect the new chassis look and also providing a smooth or slick surface to decrease friction between chassis and dirt surfaces. The large footprint covers the complete chassis, nose-piece and extends up the rear of the chassis wrapping around the screws for the most coverage possible. Red Racing M7WCS Red Series limited edition engine

Reds Racing introduce their latest nitro engine in the form of the M7WCS Red Series for 1/8th on-road cars. The limited edition engine boasts an additional tuning to the sleeve and crankshaft, besides the traditional tuning which characterises Reds Racing entire product range. The main goal is to further increase the engine’s power and top speed in order to extract the highest possible performance. Furthermore, the Mario Rossi tuned engine features a new red anodised cooling head to make it stand out. The engine is best used in combination with the Reds 2113 pipe and L manifold or the 2113 light pipe and TQ manifold.

Xray RX8 front graphite chassis insert

Made for the RX8 is this front chassis insert from Xray. Cut from 2.5mm carbon fibre the part is designed to reduce the torsional flex of the front part of the car’s chassis in order to fine-tune the steering characteristics. Included with the insert come suitable fasteners.
