Exotek TEK-SCT v2 chassis conversion kit

Exotek Racing introduce the TEK-SCT v2 chassis conversion kit for the Losi Micro SCT, Micro Rally and Micro Truggy. The set contains a carbon fibre upper and lower deck as well as a battery brace made from the same special micro weave fibre material. Included is also a sliding motor mount, alloy bolt-in servo mounts and, especially for the v2, new alloy battery cups, an alloy steering guide and an alloy receiver mounting plate. The aluminium parts come blue anodised and included is also suitable hardware set.

VBC announce WildfireD06 option parts

Just in time for the release of the new WildfireD06 electric touring car VBC Racing announce the release of several option parts for the kit. First up is a 2.25mm carbon fibre flex chassis. It is made from high-quality US fibre material, offers increased torsional flex over the stock chassis and it is suitable for a variety of track conditions. In addition to the main chassis VBC also have a 1.6mm flex upper deck available. Just like the lower chassis deck it offers additional flex compared to the standard kit part in order to fine-tune the car’s setup.

Hot Bodies R8 1/8th on-road car – Sneak Peek

After introducing the R10 200mm nitro on-road kit last year Hot Bodies now also re-enters the 1/8th class with the R8. Not much is known about the car that made a first appearance on the Facebook wall of Hot Bodies’ factory driver Teemu Leino today. By looking at the picture the car is of a pretty standard design with a slim main chassis, carbon fibre upper deck, front aluminium upper wishbone mounts but a standard front ‘blade’-type anti-roll bar whereas many of the competitors use wire-type assemblies today. It is understood that the R8 will make a first public appearance at next month’s World Championships in Japan.

Gravity RC rechargeable spray canister

Gravity RC now have this rechargeable spray canister available, an alternative to commonly used motor sprays and cleaners. The canister gives a similar feel and result to motor spray during use and it can be refilled with less humanly toxic and more environmentally friendly chemicals by yourself. It is rechargeable with air safely up to 200psi using any standard car tyre attachment and air hose. The container called GRC 600 comes with one extra internal rebuild, six spray nozzles and four spray tubes.

JConcepts RB6/RT6 front suspension brace

JConcepts introduce the front aluminium suspension brace for the Kyosho RB6 and RT6. The all aluminium machined and anodised brace is a direct fit for the bulkhead of the Kyosho 2WD off-road vehicle and adds extra protection and a new look to the front end. The edging has been slightly chamfered to remove sharp corners and adds extra luster to an already polished looking piece. The part is available in blue or black colour and sport an etched JC logo.

STRC SCX10 gun metal anodised alloy parts

ST Racing Concepts introduce new option parts for the Axial SCX10 by re-releasing their AX10 option parts that work with the SCX10 chassis. The parts come in a new-to-the-product-line gun metal anodising and include CNC machined aluminium C-hubs, steering knuckles, 4-link plates, steering links and rear lock-outs. Available in black, silver, green and now in gun metal colour.

JConcepts stainless steel ball studs

New from JConcepts come stainless steel ball studs for Team Associated off-road vehicles and all cars that make use of inch-size hardware. They are machined from high-quality material, offer a smooth surface finish and an internal hex for 5/64” and 2mm hex wrenches. The ball studs are available in .200”, .300” and .400” length and come in packs of six pieces.
