CRC Xti 1/12th scale chassis

Seen at this Summer’s World Championships and building on the winning heritage from the multi-Champion Gen-XL and Xi, the new Xti (Transverse or Inline) from CRC elevates 1:12th scale racing to the next level offering new and exciting features. The Xti features true inline battery configuration with a full size 1s IFMAR/ROAR battery pack. Unlike the some of the off-center ‘longitudinal battery pack designs’ that have popped up, CRC’s true inline configuration yields total balance and symmetry. Also new on the Xti, CRC’s infinitely adjustable Slider Rear Pod. The Slider Pod is a full aluminum motor pod with infinitely adjustable rear ride height. The Xti continues with their dual damper tube design and leads the way with the best-in-class rear damper, the CRC Encore shock.

Zeppin Racing digital tweaker scale

Zeppin Racing have released this professional digital tweaker scale comprised of 1 LCD main unit and 4 separate scales. The main unit has 4 backlit LCD screens to show the measurements and settings while each scale is equipped with a high precision sensor to greatly enhance the accuracy, in 0.01oz (0.1g) increments. Measurements can be displayed in gram, oz, ozt and dwt. This scale system is designed for serious racers to measure their cars’ weight distribution easily and make necessary weight adjustment to balance their cars for the best performance. Available in black or blue.

Schumacher Ackerman mod bodyshell & pit mat

Some new items from Schumacher with the release of this new Ackerman mod for the Cat SX3 that allows more outer wheel lock compared to a standard set up. Consequently it gives a more positive feel to the steering input allowing faster potential lap times. For the Cougar SV2 there is the new cab forward body, giving a more aggressive steering feel to the mid motored buggy. Supplied pre-cut with window masks and Schumacher decals. Finally there is this excellent rubber pit mat with Schumacher Logo. Measuring 750mm x 500mm this extremely flexible pit mat is a must for your pit tables featuring indented compartments to keep your tools and parts from rolling away.

Xray XB9 pre-assembled brake pad set

Xray release this XB9 factory pre-assembled brake pad set for consistent and precise braking. High-precision, ultra-efficient steel brake pads are CNC-machined and precision ground on both sides for an ultra-smooth surface finish to guarantee maximum braking efficiency. Brake pad backing plates are heat-treated for maximum lifespan. Special high-grip brake pad material is specially bonded to backing plates for high resistance to generated heat build-up. Shepherd Velox V8 aluminium driveshafts

Team Shepherd have introduced the latest optional part for the Velox V8. The CNC-machined rear aluminium driveshafts are more than 50% lighter than the standard ones and help to increase the acceleration due to less rotating mass in the drive train. Manufactured from premium German 7075 T6 aluminium they are hard coated for extra durability and wear resistance and are available now.

Associated optional gear set & diff outdrives

Associated have released some new parts for their 1/8th range of cars starting with this optional gear set. This new ring and pinion gear set provides an optional gear ratio that smooths out power delivery of both 1:8 gas and electric vehicles. Each vehicle type requires two sets and the new final drive ratio introduced by the optional gear set requires a change in your gearing. Also to simplify and streamline the kit-building process, Team Associated’s new universal differential outdrive is designed to replace previous outdrives for the RC8 and SC8 line of vehicles. Suitable for RC8, RC8.2, RC8.2e, RC8T, SC8 and SC8.2e kits and RTRs.

VBC Racing Wildfire two piece joint drive

VBC Racing have released a number of new optional parts for their Wildfire touring car under the VBC Dynamics name. First up is a two-piece joint drive which features one of the widest turning angles in the market. Made with heavy duty hardened steel that can withstand heavy impact and offer precise steering, this two-piece joint drive works seamlessly with their included newly designed composite C-Hub. Also new is 3.5mm shaft end shoes made from a special self lubricating material. These low friction shoe shaft end provide a smoother and higher performance on the drivetrain.
